Clinical Efficacy Of Compound Licorice Oil In The Treatment Of Chronic Eczema With Blood Deficiency And Wind Dryness And Its Effect On Serum IgE Levels

Objective:External treatment of traditional chinese medicine for skin diseases is a trend of clinical treatment of skin diseases recently.Through consulting the literature,this paper deeply understands the etiology and pathogenesis theory of eczema and the history of its external treatment,and makes a data analysis and sorting out to clarify the characteristics of eczema etiology and pathogenesis to achieve effective clinical guidance and improve the clinical effect.By observing the clinical efficacy of compound glycyrrhiza oil on chronic eczema with blood deficiency and wind dryness and its influence on the level of serum IgE,a new way to treat chronic eczema with blood deficiency and wind dryness is explored.Method:This study selected 60 cases of chronic eczema patients in the department of dermatology of our hospital from May 2017 to March 2018.1n the case of informed consent,60 subjects were divided into the treatment group(compound glycyrrhiza oil group)and the control group(mometasone furoate cream group)in 30 cases according to the random number table.The control group was given mometasone muroate cream external use.2 times a day,and the treatment group was coated with Glycyrrhiza 10g,Fructus Cnidium 10g,Radix Sophorae 10g.Scutellaria 10g,300ml of sesame oil,2 times a day.and two groups were treated for 2 weeks for 1 course.The relevant data before and after treatment were collected,and the changes of EASI score,pruritus score,total score and serum IgE level before and after treatment were compared and analyzed,and the therapeutic value of the compound glycyrrhiza oil external use was evaluated by observing the results of comparison and analysis.Result:1.In this study,60 cases of chronic eczema with blood deficiency and wind dryness were enrolled.There was no case of abscission during the study,and the number of final cases was 60.Before treatment,the sex,age,course of disease,EASI score,pruritus score,total score and serum IgE level were statistically analyzed between the treatment group and the control group.Results the P values were all greater than 0.05,indicating that there was no significant difference between the two groups.2.The results showed that the EASI score,the itching symptom score.the total score and the level of serum IgE in the compound glycyrrhiza oil group and the mometasone furoate cream group were significantly lower than those before the treatment,and the P values in the group were less than 0.05.and the statistical significance was statistically significant.The difference between the EASI score and the total score of the treatment group and the control group was statistically analyzed.The reduction of the area and severity score of eczema in the compound glycyrrhiza oil group was larger than that of the mometasone etasone furoate cream group,P<0.05 the difference was statistically significant.The treatment group and the control group had the same decrease in the itching score and the serum IgE level.The P was greater than 0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant.The total effective rate of symptom improvement in the two groups was compared.The total effective rate of the compound glycyrrhiza oil group was 86.7%,and the total effective rate of the mometasone furoate Cream group was 60.3%.By statistical analysis,P<0.05,compound liquorice oil group in the total efficiency was significantly better than the mometasone furoate Cream group.Conclusion:This clinical study shows that compound glycyrrhiza oil has a certain effect in the treatment of chronic eczema with blood deficiency and wind dryness.Its effectiveness and safety are verified in this study.Compound glycyrrhiza oil is better than mometasone furoate cream in improving skin lesion severity and skin lesion area.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
