The Clinical And Experimental Study On Treating Chronic Eczema Of Yin-Deficiency Wind-Dryness Type By The Yiyinhuoxuezhiyang Fang

Objective: To observe clinical efficacy for treating Chronic Eczema of YinDeficiency-Wind Dryness Type by the Yiyinhuoxuezhiyang fang(YHZF); explore thetherapy mechanism of YHZF in Chronic Eczema of Yin Deficiency-Wind Dryness Type.Method: The Clinical Research:60patients were separated at random into group withYHZF and group with capsule of Moisturizing Dryness-Relieve Itching.During4weeks’treatments, the changes of degree of prurit, the area of skin lesion,erythema andpapula, lichenification were observed. In the animal experiment, Ⅳ allergic reactionmodel was constructed. After devided into group at random, The mice were lavagedrespectively by saline, capsule of Moisturizing Dryness-Relieve Itching and YHZF. Theears weight difference of the mice in the three groups was observed. Dextran model wasconstructed. After devided into group at random, The mice were lavaged respectively bysaline, capsule of Moisturizing Dryness-Relieve Itching and YHZF. The Frequency ofpruritus in the three groups was observed.Result: Compared with group with capsule of Moisturizing Dryness-Relieve Itching,cure and obvious effect rate of the therapy groop is96.67％with total effect rate of100%;cure and obvious effect rate of the control group is43.33％with total effect rate of60.00％and there are notable difference between two groups（P＜0.05）.The experiment showsthat YHZF can remarkably restrain Ⅳ allergic reaction and relieve itching.Conclusion: Treating chronic eczema of Yin Deficiency-Wind Dryness Type withYHZF has reliable efficacy and low recurrence rate. The antiinflammatorial and antimicrobial activity, restraining Ⅳ allergic reaction and improving the rheology ofblood may be its mechanism.
