Observation On Therapeutic Effect Of Siwu Xiaofeng Decoction Combined With External Therapy On Children’s Chronic Eczema(Blood Deficiency And Wind Dryness Type)

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Siwu Xiaofeng Decoction combined with external treatment on chronic eczema in children(blood deficiency and wind dryness type).Methods: Selection of fujian university of TCM affiliated people’s hospital of pediatrics in 02,2020 to December 2020 were up to the standard of 6 months to 14 years old children with chronic eczema(blood deficiency wind dry type)of 40 cases as the research object,using its own comparison research method,before and after applying four wind drink combined therapy with the treatment,were observed before and after treatment with age,sex,primary symptom integral(target lesion degree,the whole body itchy skin lesion area,degree),and integral(body heat,annoying,thirsty,dry stool,urine short red,less sodium,god weakness,abdominal distension,loose stools)and overall efficacy of change,SPSS 20.0software package was used for statistical analysis of the data,and the conclusion was drawn.Results:(1)A total of 40 children were included in this study,most of whom were 3-7years old,with more boys than girls,showing a trend of "higher in the middle and lower on both sides",which was consistent with the epidemiological observation.(2)After 4 weeks of treatment,1 case was cured,37 cases showed marked effect,1 case was effective,and 1 case was ineffective.The effective rate was 97.5%,and there was no significant correlation between clinical efficacy and age(P=0.320,P>0.05).(3)There were significant differences in TCM main symptom scores,concurrent symptom scores and total scores before and after treatment(P=0.00,P < 0.05).After treatment,the degree of skin lesions,area of skin lesions,degree of pruritus,color of erythema,number of papules,degree of erosion,exudation and infiltration of eczema were effectively relieved or eliminated,which were significantly different from those before treatment(P=0.00,P < 0.05).(4)During the treatment,1 child showed abdominal pain and other uncomfortable symptoms when taking Chinese medicine.After medication adjustment and full explanation of the condition with the family members,the family members of the child decided to continue to participate in the experiment,and the incidence of adverse reaction events was2.50%.Conclusion:(1)Siwu Xiaofeng Yin combined with external treatment has a good clinical effect in the treatment of chronic eczema in children(blood deficiency and wind dryness syndrome)(2)Siwu Xiaofeng Decoction combined with external treatment effectively improved the symptoms of eczema in children,such as skin lesions,skin area,itching,erythema color,papule number,erosion and exudation.(3)Siwu Xiaofeng Yin combined with external treatment in the treatment of chronic eczema in children with small adverse reactions,high patient compliance,simple operation,suitable for clinical application.
