Clinical Observation Of Moistening Muscle Cream In The Treatment Of Chronic Hand Eczema (blood Deficiency And Wind-dryness Type)

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy,safety and recurrence of Runji Ointment in the treatment of chronic hand eczema(blood deficiency and wind dryness type).Methods: 70 patients with chronic hand eczema(blood deficiency and wind dryness type)in accordance with the inclusive criteria were randomly divided into two groups.35 patients in the treatment group were treated with Runji Ointment and 35 patients in the control group were treated with Compound Flomethasone Ointment,a revisit every 2 weeks,for 4 weeks.The subjective and objective symptoms,quality of life score,adverse reactions and recurrence pre-and post-treatment of the two groups were recorded,and the therapeutic effect was evaluated by SPSS23.0 statistical software.Results:(1)In the course of this study,2 cases fell off in both groups,and66 cases were finally completed.The VAS score,HECSI score and related indicators(lesion area,scales,lichenification and chap)scores of the two groups decreased to varying degrees after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,and the differences were statistically remarkable(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the VAS score,scales score,lichenification score and HECSI score in the treating group were significantly higher than those in the contrast group(P<0.05),and the differences of VAS score and HECSI score pre-and post-treatment were lower obviously than those in the contrast group(P<0.05).There was no apparent difference after 4 weeks of treatment(P>0.05).The DLQI score reduced in both groups after 4 weeks of treatment,but there was no distinct difference between the treating group and the contrast group in improving the quality of life(P>0.05).The overall effective rate was 78.79 % in the treating group and 81.82% in the contrast group.There was no statistical difference in the comprehensive efficacy between the two groups,and the efficacy of the treating group and the contrast group was equivalent(P>0.05).(2)The skin lesions of the subjects in the contrast group showed redness and tingling,which were all within the tolerance range and improved after adjusting drug dosage.No adverse reactions occurred in the treating group.(3)The recurrence rate was 15.38 % in the treating group and 44.44 %in the contrast group.Conclusion:Runji Ointment can effectively ameliorate the skin lesions and pruritus in patients with chronic hand eczema(blood deficiency and wind dryness type)and improve their quality of life.Its curative effect is similar to that of Compound Flumetasone Ointment,but the recurrence rate is lower,and there is no obvious adverse reaction.
