Objective: This subject is based on the basic theory of TCM and clinical practice,collecting and studying modern and contemporary literature.Through the comparative analysis of the curative effect of Qinglong Wagging Tail acupuncture in the treatment of hepatoqi patients with gastric hiccup,this paper provides a more effective treatment for hiccup in clinical practice.Methods: We were randomly divided 61 patients into 2groups according to the order of visit,30 patients in the treatment group and 31 patients in the control group.The treatment group was treated with qinglong wagging tail acupuncture,while the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture for 30 minutes,once a day for 7 days and one course of treatment,efficacy was assessed after one course of treatment.By comparing and observing the recovery rate,total effective rate,effective time and the improvement of clinical symptoms before and after treatment in the two groups,the clinical efficacy of qinglong wagging tail acupuncture in the treatment of hepatoqi patients with gastric hiccup was discussed.Results: After statistical analysis,among the 30 patients in the treatment group(Qinglong Wagging Tail),the recovery rate was 21,the total effective rate was 28,and the total effective rate was 93.33%.In the control group,31 patients were cured(Conventional acupuncture),13 were cured,26 were total effective,and the total effective rate was 83.87%.Conclusion: Qinglong wagging tail acupuncture for the treatment of stomach hiccup caused by liver-qi has a significant curative effect,and the better promotion and application of ancient acupuncture methods are worthy of wide application in clinical practice.
