Objective:This subject adopts the method of massage acupuncture with different causeshiccups for treatment. Through the clinical observation, objective assessing the clinicalcurative effect. To seek more quick, simple, easy to operate, non-toxic side effects of thetreatment method for the purpose.Methods:According to the criteria, and select a60patients with hiccups, randomlydivided into two groups, and30cases. In two groups before and after treatment weresignificant eff-iciency and the total effective rate, work time, the clinical symptoms improved andcourse observed respectively.Results:After statistics inspection,①in the work on time, the contrast between the twogroups curative effect significantly (t=3.634, P <0.01), the treatment group than in controlgroup.②the quality of life (mental state, sleep, diet) improvement, the curative effect of twosignificantly (P <0.01), contrast between groups have obvious difference P <0.01, the trea-tment group than in control group.③Two groups of course by inspection (t=4.308, p <0.01), significant differences between groups in treatment group than the control group,treatment obviously reduced.④Two groups of comprehensive effect more, the treatmentgroup in the cure rate, efficient, are due to the control group, the treatment group were43.33%,93.33%; The control group were23.33%,83.33%.Conclusion: With massage acupuncture treatment method and drug therapy in allaspects of the intractable hiccups, all have good effect. But the treatment group in the indexare better than control group, and no obvious side effects.
