The Clinical Study On Treatment Of Intractable Hiccups By Acupuncture With Auricular Point Sticking

Purpose:The purpose of this study is to observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with auricular acupressure in the treatment of intractable hiccup and simple acupuncture,and apply statistical methods to data processing to determine the difference between the two groups and conclude that acupuncture and ear acupressure The advantages and disadvantages of treating refractory hiccups provide a certain basis for their clinical application.Method:Collected in line with the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria,60 cases of patients with intractable hiccups,in accordance with the principle of randomized,controlled group were divided into treatment group(the group treated by acupuncture plus auricular point sticking)and control group(the group treated by simple body acupuncture),30 cases in each group.After the treatment of a course of treatment,the two groups of related data were analyzed by medical statistics,and the comparative analysis results of the two groups were summarized.Results:The total effective rate was 93.33% in the treatment group and 80.00% in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group.There was no significant difference in the onset time between the two groups(P>0.05),and the onset time was similar between the two groups.The dietary and sleep scores of the two groups were compared: there was a significant difference between the same group and the pre-treatment group(P<0.05).Both groups were able to improve diet and sleep.The scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly different(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the diet and sleep of the patients.Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with auricular acupoint stickingtherapy and acupuncture alone can effectively improve the symptoms of refractory hiccups.Acupuncture combined with auricular acupoint sticking treatment group is superior to acupuncture treatment group in improving clinical efficacy and improving patients' diet and sleep.
