| Purpose: This topic breathing catharsis with acupuncture treatment for intractable hiccups.By observation of clinical symptoms,Objecttive evaluation the breath reducing method is given priority to the clinical curative effect of acupuncture treatment of this disorder.And by comparing the breathing reducing method is given priority to acupuncture and scopolamine intramuscular hill(6542)for the clinical basis,provide more maneuverable and non-toxic side effects of treatment for the purpose.Method: In accordance with the criteria for the selected conform to the inclusion criteria of 60 patients with intractable hiccups,through the time of admission have been numbered,and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,two groups of 30 patients each.Treatment group and control group in addition to the routine treatment,the treatment group in addition to the routine treatment,the treatment group with breathing purging method together with acupuncture treatment,the treatment group treated with intramuscular injection mountain scopolamine.By observing the cases of treatment group and control group cases symptoms improve the situation,and compared before and after treatment efficiency,the total effective rate,the effective time,explore respiration reducing method is given priority to the clinical curative effect of acupuncture in the treatment of intractable hiccups.Result: After statistics processing,according to the working time,and length of treatment on quality of life,diet,mental state(sleep)in the treatment group were superior to the control group.The treatment group and control group on the comprehensive curative effect,the cure rate and effective for the treatment group was higher than the control group.Conclusion: Is given priority to with breath reducing method of acupuncture in the treatment of intractable hiccups,its curative effect is distinct,and non-toxic side effect,is worth widely used in clinical. |
