Purpose:This topic research goal is through comparing tranquilize mind method and conventional therapy Treatment of intractable hiccups after stroke,compare the differences between the two,through the scientific system of data analysis,for acupuncture treatment of post-stroke intractable hiccups clinical application to provide a certain basis.Method:By collecting cases in the practice unit for a long time,finally get into standard60 cases of patients with post-stroke intractable hiccups,and patients with a single blind randomized into treatment group and control group each 30 people.Treatment group take tranquillize mind acupuncture method treatment,control group treated with conventional acupuncture.Remove the fall off cases,carried out a statistical analysis on the data from the remaining cases(the use of software for SPSS19).Finally come to the conclusion that the treatment group after treatment effect is better than the control group.Result: The treatment group total effective rate was 93.3% in the end,The control group total effective rate was 86.6% in the end.After SPSS rank and inspection P = 0.011,there are significant differences,said the treatment group total effectiveness is better than the control group.Conclusion:Tranquilize mind method is better than conventional therapy for the treatment of post-stroke intractable hiccups.This method is An optimized scheme for the treatment of post-stroke intractable hiccups,can be used widely in clinic.
