Clinical Study Of Abdominal Acupuncture Combined With Ear Pressure In The Treatment Of Protrusion Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc

ObjectiveThrough Bo Shi Abdominal AeuPuneture of qi stagnation and blood stasis type of lumbar disc herniation,clinical curative effect and mechanism of action to investigate abdominal needle therapy of qi stagnation and blood stasis type of lumbar disc herniation,provide further diversified treatment for clinical acupuncture treatment of lumbar disc herniation,the acupuncture treatment of lumbar disc herniation with point more scientific and standardized.MethodsCollection of clinical screening 66 cases of eligible patients in a randomized control clinical study,66 patients were numbered 1~66,66 random numbers by random number method,using simple random method,the patients were divided into treatment group(abdominal acupuncture combined with ear pressure group)33 caess and control graup(conventional acupuncture combined with auricular point sticking)33 cases,then the visual analogue scale(VAS),Oswestry disability index(ODI),low back pain score(JOA)for efficacy evaluation,to evaluate the efficacy of the 2 groups,the clinical curative effect of two groups.Results1.There were no significant differences in gender,age and course of disease between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Two groups of patients before treatment pain visual analogue scale(VAS),Oswestry disability index score(ODI),low back pain score(JOA),there was no statistically significant difference between the three scales(P>0.05),the two groups were comparable.3.Visual analog pain score of two groups after treatment(VAS),Oswestry disability index(ODI),low back pain score(JOA)three scale comparistion group,the difference was statisticelly significant(P<0.05),clinical symptoms and signs and the quality of life of these two methods in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation were can significantly improve patients.4.Treatment group was 96.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 90.0%.ConclusionThe results showed: Abdominal Acupuncture and conventional acupuncture compared no significant difference in curative effact in the treatment of qi stagnation and blood strasis type of lumbar disc herniation,but the effect of pain relief and functional activity of lumbago improved abdominal acupuncture is superior to conventional acupuncture,abdominal acupuncture after treatment,no adverse reaction,can significantly improve the curative effect.Have good clinical effect and is worthy of clinical application.
