Radiofrequency Combined With Ozone Ablation Combined With Jiaxing Taohong Siwu Decoction In The Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation (qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type)

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of radiofrequency thermocoagulation and ozone injection with Taohongsiwu decoction in the treatment of Qi-stagnancy and blood stasis type intervertebral disc protrusion.Method:A total of 150 Qi-stagnancy and blood stasis type intervertebral disc protrusion cases were randomly divided into three groups: treatment group,radiofrequency thermocoagulation and ozone injection,with additional Taohongsiwu decoction after surgery;group Yaobitong,radiofrequency thermocoagulation and ozone injection,with Yaobitong capsule after surgery;group of interventional therapy,pure radiofrequency thermocoagulation and ozone injection.Treatment courses(14d)were conducted for clinical observation.VAS pain scoring and clinical efficacy in three groups of patients before and after treatment were analyzed and compared.According to Macnab evaluatoin standard,self-comparative method was applied to compare the symptom scores before and after treatment.Follow-up visit was carried out within 2 weeks after surgery.VAS was filled in by patients based on their own situation before and after surgery respectively to establish database for data storage.By comparing with VAS score changes and Macnab evaluation,the improvement in three groups of patients was compared specifically.Result:VAS score,curative effect and main symptom were all improved,and the differences before and after treatment among three groups were statistically significant(p<0.05);the curative effect of treatment group was superior to the other two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:Pure radiofrequency thermocoagulation and ozone injection,and additional Taohongsiwu decoction or Yaobitong capsule were all effective in treating Qi-stagnancy and blood stasis type intervertebral disc protrusion patients.However,the additional application of Yaobitong capsule was superior to the other two groupsin improving clinical symptoms,signs,and life quality.Radiofrequency thermocoagula-tion and ozone injection with Taohongsiwu decoction had significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of intervertebral disc protrusion.
