| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation based on the treatment of blood stasis type.Methodology:A total of 72 outpatients and hospitalized cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(1:1)(treatment group and 36 cases in control group)The control group using acupuncture points,the main contents include:acupuncture points plus acupuncture treatment,1 day,5 times for a course of treatment.Intermittent day of treatment.A total of 3 courses of treatment;treatment group in the control group Qie acupuncture acupuncture method,combined with thrombosis(1 day and 4 days of each treatment 1,3 treatment a total of 6 times).The patients were evaluated by visual analogue scale(VAS),new standard JOA score,determination of lumbar flexion,WHOQOL-BREF scale and treatment efficiency.While comparing the general situation of patients(including gender,age,duration,etc.).Result:There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS),the new standard JOA score,the waist flexion activity,and the WHOQOL-BREF scale were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).However,compared with the control group,the treatment group of patients with clinical symptoms improved more significant(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group(88.9%)was significantly higher than the control group(52.8%).Conclusion:1.Based on the theory of internal and external theory,"acupuncture and pricking acupuncture method" for the treatment of blood stasis type lumbar disc herniation has a good clinical effect.The aim of this study is to improve the clinical efficacy of lumbar disc herniation in the treatment of blood stasis syndrome with lumbar disc herniation,and to lay a theoretical foundation for further promotion and application.Practice to promote the appropriate technology to become Chinese medicine. |
