And before treatment, after two weeks of treatment, a total of two points in time to observe, collect JOA score. The resulting data applications SPSS 19.0 statistical package analysis and processing. Experimental data with mean±standard deviation, (P<0.05) as evidenced significant statistical significance. Results:After two weeks of treatment, the treatment group after a course of JOA score and JOA scores before treatment (P,<0.05) statistically significant difference in the control group, after a course of JOA JOA scores before treatment have (P,<0.05), a statistically significant difference in the treatment group and the control group JOA pain score comparative data, the t test, t= 2.967, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant, prove that "low back pain side" with oral diclofenac sustained-release tablets in the treatment LDH blood stasis and qi stagnation are effective, however, significant differences exist comparing the analgesic effect in two weeks; it can prove that "low back pain side" for the treatment of blood stasis and qi stagnation LDH effect is stronger than oral diclofenac sodium tablets.Between the two groups before treatment VAS score after inspection by spss Z =-0.854, P= 0.393> 0.05 no statistical difference between comparable. After two weeks of treatment VAS scores were significantly different Z=-3.251, P = 0.001<0.05, that "low back pain side" for improving blood stasis and qi stagnation LDH analgesic effect stronger than oral diclofenac sodium tablets. JOA score between the two groups after treatment, there was statistically significant (P<0.05), the rate of improvement in the rate of improvement in the treatment group and the control group by the statistical test (P> 0.05), no statistically significant treatment group and the control group to improve the rate of the number of cases were excellent in 7 cases and one case, improvement in the number of cases was good were 11 cases and four cases, to improve the rate of the number of cases were 12 cases and 14 cases, to improve the rate difference the number of cases were 0 cases and 11 cases, and the treatment group of patients no significant adverse reactions after two weeks of treatment, five cases of adverse reactions was 16.7% of the cases of adverse reactions seen in cases in the control group, were gastrointestinal reactions but can persist completed two weeks of treatment. Conclusion:Oral square leg pain and oral diclofenac sodium delayed-release tablets in the treatment LDH "qi stagnation and blood stasis" type, there are some efficacy in the treatment of patients with lumbar symptoms during and function has been some improvement. However, by spss 19.0 statistical methods, obtained data to prove the treatment of low back pain side LDH "stagnation of qi and blood stasis" syndrome in symptoms and functional recovery angle superior to oral diclofenac sodium tablets. |
