Clinical Observation On Acupuncture Treatment Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation(Stagnation Of Blood Stasis And Qi)

Purpose:By observing the therapeutic effect of cannula acupuncture on lumbar disc herniation(blood stasis and qi stagnation type),the possible mechanism of action and clinical value of acupuncture therapy combined with traditional acupuncture and modern neural theory in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(blood stasis and qi stagnation type)were discussed.This study may provide a new treatment idea and method for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Method:In this clinical trial,A randomized controlled study method was used to select 84 lumbar disc herniation subjects who visited the bone therapy area A of affiliated hospital of changchun university of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2018 to December 2018.According to the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine,they were identified as blood stasis and qi stagnation.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of subjects,80 subjects with lumbar disc herniation(blood stasis and qi stagnation)were finally included after excluding subjects who did not meet the test.The 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation(blood stasis and qi stagnation)who met the inclusion criteria of this study were randomly divided into the treatment group of 40 patients and the control group of 40 patients.The treatment group was treated with trocar acupuncture,and each subject was treated once every 3 days for a total of 5 times,with a treatment cycle of 2 weeks.The control group was treated with ordinary filiform acupuncture at the same point,and the control group was treated once a day for a total of 12 times,with a treatment cycle of 2 weeks.The relevant clinical scores(including JOA low back pain score,VAS score,TCM syndrome score)before and after treatment were recorded and observed in detail.Finally,the medical statistical software SPSS20.0 was used to conduct a scientific statistical analysis of the clinical scores before and after treatment and then evaluate the clinical efficacy of cannula acupuncture.Result:After the materials were summarized,the statistical data were analyzed and processed,and the statistical software adopted SPSS22.0.According to the data results and clinical observation,VAS score,JOA low back pain score and TCM syndrome score of the patients after trocar acupuncture treatment were all higher than that of the control group(p <0.05).The total effective rate was 85% in the trocar acupuncture group and 87.5% in the control group.Conclusion:Lumbar disc disease(qi and blood stasis type)treated by acupuncture has remarkable curative effect,although the trocar overall curative treatment group is slightly lower than ordinary filiform needle group,but the casing by acupuncture and acupuncture combined with local muscle stimulation in clinical curative effect,the theory basis for fully,to solve the problem of lumbar intervertebral disk(qi and blood stasis type)related issues provides the theoretical support,also lay the foundation for its future development,can be widely applied in clinical.
