Objective:The main purpose of this study is to explore a standardized treatment plan for lumbar disc herniation, observe the clinical efficacy of electro-acupuncture combined with McKenzie therapy for lumbar disc herniation, and evaluate it objectively,to provide an objective basis for TCM syndrome differentiation for the disease, and to provide simple clinical practice Effective treatment options. Methods:A total of 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation of qi stagnation and blood stasis types were collected and randomly divided into electro-acupuncture group and electro-acupuncture combined with McKenzie therapy group,30 cases in each group. After treatment,by comparing the pain visual analogue score(VAS),various scores of the Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA),the comprehensive score of JOA,sEMG test,TNF-?,IL-1?,CRP and SOD levels in the two groups,Evaluate the difference in curative effect between the two treatment schemes after treatment, and analyze the relevant data statistically.Results:1.Before treatment, the two groups of patients were statistically processed in terms of gender, age, course of disease,VAS score,JOA score of lumbar spine, history of lumbar trauma, and number of lesion segments. There were no significant differences(both P>0.05),which were comparable2.Statistical analysis showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%and that of the control group was 73.33%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the total effective rate of the treatment group Better than the control group.3.VAS score changes:After treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05).The VAS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The pain improvement degree of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.4.Changes in JOA score:After treatment of lumbar spine function, the JOA score of both groups was improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).The score of the treatment group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).5.Changes in AEMG and MFs:After treatment,AEMG and MFs of lumbar multifidus were improved in both groups compared with before treatment(P<0.05);compared with AEMG and MFs in the two groups, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group P<0.05).This indicates that the treatment group is better than the control group in improving the strength and fatigue of the lumbar multifidus muscle.6.Comparison of TNF-?,IL-1?,CRP and SOD levels:Comparison of TNF-?,IL-1?,CRP and SOD levels between the two groups of patients before and after treatment And SOD levels were improved to varying degrees(P<0.05).Compared with the control group after treatment, the levels of TNF-?,IL-1? and CRP in the treatment group decreased(P<0.05);SOD levels increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:This study was to observe the clinical effect of "electroacupuncture combined with Mcconchie therapy" on lumbar disc herniation with Qi stagnation and blood stasis.By comparing the two groups of treatment to improve symptoms, neuroelectrophysiology and inflammatory markers, the conclusions are as follows:(1)electroacupuncture combined with Mcconchie therapy and electroacupuncture therapy have significant therapeutic effects on lumbar disc herniation with Qi stagnation and blood stasis;(2)electroacupuncture combined with Mcconchie therapy has significant therapeutic effect on lumbar disc herniation with Qi stagnation and blood stasis,(3)electroacupuncture combined with Mcconchie's therapy for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with Qi stagnation and blood stasis can quickly and effectively relieve the pain of patients.Reduce the economic burden, and can further improve the ability of daily living activities.Because of its strong pertinence, short treatment time and strong maneuverability,it is worthy of clinical application.
