Fire Dragon Moxibustion Treatment Of Wind Cold Dampness Stagnation Type Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion Clinical Curative Effect Observation

Objective Through patients with lumbar disc type wind cold dampness stagnation dragon moxibustion therapy,observe its clinical curative effect,and provide reference and basis for the clinical use of the fire dragon jiu.Methods From Pujiang traditional Chinese medicine hospital outpatient service in May 2015 to January 2017 in patients admitted during the period of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion in accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria to select 60 cases of patients,the wind cold dampness stagnation type lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion and the random number table method is adopted to all of the patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group in the two groups,each 30 cases.All patients were performed before treatment pain score and Oswestry disability index evaluation.The control group to cooperate routine needle warming moxibustion,patients in prone position,then put the will moxa box on the treatment area,every time 30 min,once a day,continuous treatment of six days,take a day off,3 weeks as a course of treatment.Treatment group patients give dragon moxibustion treatment,disinfection,add a gauze with hot traditional Chinese medicine soup,and alcohol-based spraying on it again,then set fire to it.About 20 seconds,or the patients difficult to endure,take a wet towel to put the fire out,and apply cover it about 10 seconds,with the hand press,in order to increase the curative effect.Cycle 3 times for a full treatment.Continuous treatment once a day,six days,take a day off,3 weeks as a course of treatment.After a period of treatment,the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients and pain score,Oswestry disability index evaluation.Results 1.Two groups of patients before treatment,their pain score and Oswestry disability index evaluation is no statistical difference between groups(P>0.05),comparable.Full after different treatments for a period of treatment,two groups of patients pain score has improved to some extent,significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),2.The percentage of patients in the Oswestry disability index of fine is also significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05),compared before and after the group significantly statistical differences.Full course of treatment,control group patients pain score significantly higher than the same period the treatment group patients(P<0.05),and the Oswestry disability index is excellent and Oswestry disability index is good also significantly lower than the proportion of patients with full course of the treatment group patients after treatment(P<0.05),a clear difference between group,with significant statistical significance.3.Full treatment group patients effective rate was 96.67%,control group patients effective rate was 86.67%,has significant statistical difference between groups(P<0.05),.Conclusion 1.For the patients of the wind cold dampness stagnation type lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion,the fire dragon moxibustion and needle warming moxibustion all can relieve pain and improve the dysfunction,and the fire dragon moxibustion's effection is better than needle warming moxibustion.
