The Effect Of Acupuncturing Daling On Heart Rate Variability In Patients With Cerebral Infarction

Objective:Through the acupuncture at DaLing on 30 patients with with cerebral infarction,observe the changes on the different time points about the parameter,and discuss the influence of cardiac autonomic nerve function with the patients by acupuncturing DaLing,then provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment and research.Methods:All the volunteers are from the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine.There are 13patients with women,and a total of 17 patients with male.First,the experimenter tell the patient in a supine position keeping the quiet state,then open the dynamic electrocardiograph recorder to start recording.The following five points in time are:5 minutes before acupuncturing DaLing,needing,10 minutes after acupuncturing,20 minutes after acupuncturing,5 minutes after needing out.The last,use statistical analysis software to analyze the various parameters and produce the result.Result:1.There are evident decrease at LF and LF%between acupuncturing DaLing,ten minutes after acupuncturing(needing),twenty minutes after acupuncturing(needing out)and five minutes before acupuncturing DaLing(P<0.05).2.There are evident decrease at HF and HF%between acupuncturing DaLing,ten minutes after acupuncturing(needing),twenty minutes after acupuncturing(needing out)and five minutes before acupuncturing DaLing(P<0.05).3.There are evident increase at LogLF/HF between acupuncturing DaLing,ten minutes after acupuncturing(needing),twenty minutes after acupuncturing(needing out)and five minutes before acupuncturing DaLing(P<0.05).4.There are evident changes at ULF between five minutes after needing out and five minutes before acupuncturing DaLing(P<0.05)Conclusion:1.Acupuncturing DaLing can decrease the LF and LF%,and it can decrease the sympathetic nerve activity of the patients2.Acupuncturing DaLing can decrease the HF and HF%,and it can decreaseThe vagus nerve activity of the patients3.Acupuncturing DaLing can increase theLogLF/HF,and it can regulate the balance of the sympathetic and vagus nerve of the patients.4.Acupuncturing DaLing can increase the ULF,and it can regulate the cardiac autonomic nerve function.
