Objective:Through acupuncturing the acute cerebral infarction patients'left Wangu point, recording the changes of the average heart rate(BPM)and time domain indexes of heart rate variability(SDNN,RMSSD)and frequency domain indexes(TP,LF,HF,LF/HF)in different time acupuncture process, explore the effects on Autonomic nerve function in patients with acute cerebral infarction providing the basis for the clinical application of acupuncture in the treatment of cerebral infarction after autonomic nerve dysfunction.Methods:30 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly selected to meet the inclusion criteria, with an average age(61.9±5.3).17 male patients and 13 female patients.Acupuncting the left Wangu point, use Medilog AR12 Holter monitoring index of heart rate variability, recording the average heart rate BPM and quantitative indexes of heart rate variability SDNN,RMSSD,HF,LF,LF/HF,TP,at 5 minutes before acupuncture, the needle insertion, during needle retention?withdrawal of a needle and 5 minutes after the withdrawal of a needle,High frequency power HF,low frequency power LF,TP,RMSSD and SDNN converted to LgHF,LgLF,LgTP,LgRMSSD,LgSDNN by logarithm,LF/HF using the converted LgLF/LgHF.Result:1 Average heart rate and HRV time domain indicators:BPM and LgRMSSD,LgSDNN in the comparison between the five time points, the numerical change is not obvious(P>0.05)2 HRV frequency index:LgTP was lower(P<0.05)during needle retention?at the moment of withdrawal of a needle;LgHF?LgLF was lower(P<0.05)at the time of the insertion?during needle retention?at the moment of withdrawal of a needle and 5 minutes after the withdrawal of a needle.LgLF/LgHF during needle retention?at the moment of withdrawal of a needle and 5 minutes after the withdrawal of a needle was significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:1 Acupuncture on the left Wangu point can reduce the vagus nerve activity in patients with acute cerebral infarction.2 Acupuncture at the left Wangu point can adjust the autonomic nervous tension of the patients with acute cerebral infarction and improve the sympathetic nervous activity.
