Meta-analysis And The Clinical Observation Of Sudden Deafness Treated By Acupoint Injection Matching With Acupuncture

ObjectiveThe main objective is to evaluate and verify efficacy and advantage,using the meta-analysis.While,to observe difference of the total curative effect and the effect of concomitant symptoms between western medicine combined with acupoint injection and acupuncture and the simple western medicine in the treatment of sudden deafness through clinical study.To provide a effective method for the disease.Methods1.Meta-analysisThrough the key words to search CNKI,Wanfang database,PubMed,EMB@SE,Cochranelibrary,then collecting the documents based on inclusion and exclusion,and.using RevMan 5.3 software for meta-analysis.2.Clinical observationThe 60 cases with sudden deafness met the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group 30 case and control group 30 case.The controlled group taking simple western medicine therapy,such as hormone medicines,combined with improving microcirculation drugs and neurotrophic drug,according to Mianyan city Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital conventional drugs of sudden deafness.And the treatment whole protocols are set to fourteen.The treatment group increased acupoint injection(Tinggong and yifeng acupoint injection with vitamin B12 and Lidocaine injection and each point 0.5ml)and acupuncture(Baihui,Sishencong,Shenting,and affectedside's Ermen,Tinggong,Tinghui,Yifeng,Anmian,Hegu,Neiguan,Zhongzhu,and double Xuehai,Zusanli,Sanyinjiao,Fuliu and Taichong)on the basis of the western medicine therapy.Once per day,one period of treatment is 7days,a total of 2 course.Through recording the test results which were analyzed by the SPSS 23.0 software about the hearing threshold and symptom scores after 14 days.To evaluation the effect and improvement of concomitant symptoms of two groups.Results1.Meta-analysis:1.1The results of the documents screening:in the clinical research literature,there are less studies on acupuncture and point injection.Have the 7 literatures meet the standard.The total sample is 636.2.2The total clinical effective show that acupuncture and point injection(with or without modern medical treatment)surpass the single modern medicine.[RR=1.21,95%CI:(1.12,1.31),P<0.00001,heterogeneity test I~2=34%,P=0.17].2.Clinical study::in the experimental group,with a total cure rate of 75.86%.,and in the control group,the total cure rate was 44.82%.After statistical analysis,the total cure rate was statistically difference between the two groups,and the effects of the experimental group surpass the control group(p<0.05).On the treatment of different degrees of hearing loss,the treatment group is better than the controlled group on the middle and middle-serious deafness.On the accompany symptom associated with sudden deafness,there was apparent advantages using the combination therapy,especially on ear fullness.ConclusionThrough clinical observation and meta-analysis,it was proved that acupuncture and acupoint injection with or not with western medicine therapy showed significant advantage on the total curative and effect of concomitant symptoms.For patients,the combined therapy not only can improve symptoms,also can achieve ideal effect in the same period of treatment.Thus,it can be used as an effective means for the treatment of sudden deafness.
