Clinical Study Of Seven-line Neck Therapy For Sudden Onset Of Hepatic Fire

Research purposesThis paper mainly studies the effect of the new therapy that needles into neck with seven lines combined with electroacupuncture and acupoint injection on the liver inflammation of sudden deafness.lt is intended to provide more effective,simple and practical treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion especially for medical institutions at the grass-roots level,so as to improve the clinical efficacy of sudden deafness.Research methodsThere are 60 cases totally in this study,these patients are from the january of 2017 to the january of 2018 in the department of acupuncture and moxibustion and the department of ENT in the Dongzhimen Hospital.the patients of sudden deafness were randomly divided into three groups:the seven lines group of the neck,the common acupuncture group and the western medicine group.The first group were given needles into neck with seven lines combined Electroacupuncture of Fengchi and Gongxue points with acupoint injection of cobamamide,The neck seven-line method specifically refers to the line:the first line is the posterior midline of neck(DU),Dazhui.Fengfu were selected;the second and the third line is the bilateral Jiaji line,the third and the fourth Jiaji points were selected;the fourth and fifth line is the bilateral trapezius muscle of the vertical uplift(near the foot the first line of the bladder neck),select the point which is in the midpoint of Fengchi and Gongxue,another point is below 1.5 cun from this point;the sixth and the seventh line is downward bilateral Fengchi(when the foot Shaoyang meridian of the circulating line),acupoint selection:Fengchi,Gongxue.At the same time unite the local acupoint Yifeng,Tinggong,Tinghui in ipsilateral side.The second group was given acupuncture acupoint materials regulations,Tinggong,Tinghui,Yifeng,Zhongzhu,Xiaxi,Taichong.Qiuxu.According to the latest guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of sudden deafness,the third group followed the latest guidelines of the 2015 Chinese society of Otolaryngology Head and neck surgery.Different combinations of drugs were treated according to the patients of different hearing curves.Low frequency descending type is given to Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate Injection with Extract of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Injection.High frequency descending type of Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate Injection combined with Extract of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Injection and lidocaine injection.Flat descent and fully deaf to Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate Injection,Extract of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Injection and Batroxobin Injection.All three treatments are treated for one month or less than one month,but those who have been cured can be stopped immediately.The results of the three methods were measured by observing the results of hearing level changes before and after treatment.Research results1.Before and after the treatment of the three treatments,P<0.01,indicating that the treatment of three treatments had obvious therapeutic effects.The neck seven-line method is good for low frequency hearing damage,as equivalent as the common acupuncture and Western Medicine(P>0.05).It also has excellent effect on the treatment of high frequency hearing damage,and the curative effect is obviously better than that of the latter two(P<0.05).2.The cure rate of the first group is 37.5%,and the effective rate is 87.5%.The cure rate of the second group is 30%,and the effective rate is 85%.The cure rate of the third group is 35%,and the effective rate is 70%.The comparison between the three groups was P=0.887<0.05,The efficacy of the three groups was not statistically significant,but the effectiveness of the neck seven-line neck method was proved.3.In addition to the significant improvement in hearing loss level,the patients in the neck seven-line group were accompanied by symptoms such as tinnitus,ear stuffiness,vertigo,anxiety and depression.4.The neck seven-line method is safe and effective,and no adverse reactions and side effects have been found.Research conclusionThe neck seven-line treatment is a safe and effective method of liver inflammation sudden deafness,worthy of promotion in clinical application.
