Background and purpose of the study: Sudden deafness refers to a sensorineuralhearing loss that is not completely clear in its etiology and has no warning.Because its etiology and pathogenesis are not completely clear,it is difficult to do inclinical practice. To treat the cause of deafness.Sudden deafness belongs to the category of "deafness" in traditional Chinese medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the pathogenesis of sudden deafness is extremely complicated.Among them,"qi stagnation and blood stasis" is considered to be the most importantpathogenesis, and it is also the most-respected view of clinicians. The traditional Chinese medicine compound with the function of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis is commonly used for treatment.Among them,Buyang Huanwu Decoction is widely used. Some scholars have done a meta-analysis on Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the treatment of sudden deafness. However, due to too few literatures and the quality of the included literatures is generally not very high, they did not reach a certain conclusion. In recent years, the literature on the use of Buyang Huanwu Decoction as the main TCM intervention to treat sudden deafness has been increasing. Therefore, this article uses the Cochrane systematic review method to conduct quality evaluation and meta-analysis of the documents that meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria,in order to further evaluate the exact clinical efficacy of Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the treatment of sudden deafness and provide more evidence-based evidence.Medical evidence. At the same time, hemainly summarizes the relevant experience of Professor Zhang Qin Xiu in treating sudden deafness based on the theory of dialectical treatment, which provides more references for clinical treatment of sudden deafness.Research methods: This study complies with the Cochrane Collaborative Workbook Standard.By searching databases such as How Net,Wanfang,Weipu, and pubmed, according to the included inclusion and exclusion criteria, the documents that meet the requirements are screened and relevant data are extracted. Finally, the Review Manager is applied.5.3 Software for analysis.Research results: A total of 8 articles were included in the final report, and 8 documents provided a total of 654 study subjects. The meta-analysis results showedthat based on the analysis of clinical efficacy results, the 8 articles were tested for heterogeneity I2 = 0%,P = 0.71 > 0.05,each The heterogeneity between studies is small,so the inherent effect model is used for the final analysis of the combined results, which shows: RR = 1.24,95% Cl [1.16,1.33],Z = 5.89(P <0.00001),the test group and the control The total clinical effective rate of the groupwas statistically significant, and the treatment effect of the experimental group was better than the control group, indicating that Buyang Huanwu Decoction can increase the curative effect of sudden deafness in the clinic.Research conclusions and discussions: This study conducted a meta-analysis of the included literature, and concluded that Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with conventional treatment is more advantageous for treating sudden deafness than conventional drug treatment. However, due to the small number of literatures included in this study and the existence of multiple unknown risk terms in each of theincluded literatures, this study may have certain limitations and then affect the conclusions of the study. Therefore,I look forward to future scholars Make more high-quality research and provide more reliable evidence to further confirm this conclusion.Professor Zhang Qinxiu's clinical experience in treating sudden deafness: Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of sudden deafness are extremely complicated, and may include exogenous evil qi,mood disorders, stagnation of fire and stagnation,qi stagnation and blood stasis, spleen and stomach weakness, liver and kidney deficiency,Insufficient qi and blood, emotional disorders, etc.,involve all internal organs.Professor Zhang Qin Xiu believes that no matter what the cause of sudden deafness, the final pathological changes will lead to "qi stagnation and blood stasis".Therefore,Professor Zhang treats sudden deafness in the clinic. The traditional Chinese medicine compound with Qi,Huoxue and Tongqiao functions, according to the specific pathogenesis of the patient, add or subtract drugs according to the clinical symptoms. At the same time,Professor Zhang Qin Xiu advocated that in the treatment of sudden deafness in the clinic,in addition to simple medications, acupuncture and other treatments,it should also be supplemented with appropriate psychological treatment to psychologically enlighten the patients, and suggested that patients adopt some methods of relaxing emotions. In order to alleviate the degree of anxiety and depression of patients after illness, and then improve clinical efficacy.
