| The elderly population in China is in a difficult situation of aging,empty nest and non-health.However,there are some problems in the society,such as the weakening of the function of the family support for the aged,the separation of medical support from the elderly,and so on.The medical care and combination service of public hospitals is an important way to solve the above problems.At present,public hospitals in all parts of the country are actively exploring a variety of combination of medical care mode,but there is still a large gap between the centralized medical resources and the scattered needs of the elderly.The Guiding Opinions on promoting the combination of medical and health care and old-age care services encourage the development of Internet-based combination of medical and nursing servicesnew service mode,improve the convenience and accuracy of service.On the basis of defining the concept of combination of wisdom medical care and nursing care in public hospitals,this paper applies the conceptual model of wisdom city to analyze the service network,five dimensions of service platform were used to build the theoretical framework of wisdom medical care and combination in public hospitals;based on this theoretical framework,on the one hand,through a questionnaire survey to understand the demand of the elderly in Shaanxi Province on the wisdom medical care and combination service.On the other hand,we conducted a field survey of 15 public hospitals in Shaanxi Province,and analyzed the wisdom degree of medical care and combination service in public hospitals from the supply level;based on the theory and the investigation and analysis,we constructed the wisdom medical care and combination model of public hospitals in Shaanxi Province.Through research and analysis,the paper comes to the following conclusions: thecombination of wisdom medical care and nursing care service of public hospitals in Shaanxi Province is still at a low level of Internet service.However,the elderly have a higher demand for the higher level(based on IOT)of wisdom medical support combination service.Combining the three models of traditional public hospital medical care and support,constructing the wisdom medical care and combination model of public hospitals in Shaanxi Province;the government should improve the mechanism of grading diagnosis and treatment of Geriatrics,promote the multi-point practice system of medical staff,strengthen the information construction and security.The development of combination of wisdom,medicine and nursing mode.The paper's main contributions lies in: first,to combine development theory is introduced into the medical wisdom to raise service study,from the service networks,medical nursing services platform,the medical data,intelligent products and facilities and standard system of five aspects analysis medical wisdom combined with basic elements,build public hospital medical service pattern theory framework,wisdom abundant medical have combined with the theoretical basis of research;Second,break through the traditional medicine combined with development bottleneck,combined with the hospital comprehensive reform background and the classification system,combination of online and offline cure to raise service integration,build public hospitals as the main body of comprehensive medical wisdom for combining with the service mode,including digital geriatrics pattern,the network medical consortium model and intelligent medical care facilities. |
