Clinical Research Of The Treatment Of Chronic Eczema With Traditional Chinese Medicine Named Chensi Siwu Decoction

Objective:Observaing the clinical efficacy of chronic eczema treatment with traditional Chinese medicine named "Chensi Siwu Decoction",and evaluating the pruritus that the subjective symptom of eczema patients,meanwhile,exploring serological mechanism of the prescription preliminarily.Methods:Standard chronic eczema patients that whose syndrome are blood deficiency and wind dryness were divided into the treatment group and the control group using the method of randomized controlled gourping,finally 86 cases of patients were completed,the treatment gourp is 44 cases and the control group is 42 cases.Patients in treatment group take oral Chinese medinice named "Chensi Siwu Decoction",and patients in control group take"Loratadine Tablets" orally,evaluating the objective EASI scores,subjective pruritus,content level of IgE and EOS in serum of the two groups of patients after 4 weeks of treatment,meanwhile,evaluating relevances between ?EASI that the change quantity of eczema skin lesion scores before and after treatment and ?IgE or ?EOS that the change quantities of serological indexs.Results:1.After 4 weeks of treatment,the treatment group is superior to the control group in the aspect of improving the EASI scores of eczema patients(P<0.05),and in treatment group,clinical cured person is 15 cases,excellent person is 24 cases,effective person is 5 cases and ineffective is 0,the total effective rate is 88.64%;in control group,clinical cured person is 8 cases,excellent person is 18 cases,effective person is 13 cases and ineffective is 3 cases,the total effective rate is 61.90%,the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05),and the recurrence rate and adverse reaction rate in treatment group are both lower than the control group(P<0.05).2.After 4 weeks of treatment,the treatment group is superior to the control group in the aspect of improving the symptom of pruritus subjectively of eczema patients,and the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).3,The treatment group is superior to the control group in the aspect of improving the content level of IgE and EOS in serum of eczema patients,and the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).4.There have linear correlations of ?EASI that the change quantity of eczema skin lesion scores before and after treatment and the ?IgE or ?EOS through method of bivariate regression analysis(P<0.05),and the correlations are both positive correlations.Conclusions:1.The Chinese medicine preparation named“Chensi Siwu Decoction”can both reduce EASI scores objectively and pruritus scores subjectively of eczema patients effectively,and has lowwer recurrence rate or higher safety.2.The Chinese medicine preparation named "Chensi Siwu Decoction" can reduce the content level of IgE and EOS in serum of eczema patients,we evaluate the mechanism of action of prescription preliminarily.3.There have positive correlations between EASI scores and the content level of IgE or EOS in serum of eczema patients,therefore,IgE and EOS are the important indicators of evaluating the severity,curative effect and prognosis of eczema patients.
