Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Chronic Eczema(Blood Deficiency And Wind Dryness Syndrome)with Shehuang Ointment And Angelica Decoction

Objective:To observe the difference in efficacy and safety between Shehuang ointment combined with Danggui Yinzi in treating chronic eczema(blood deficiency and wind dryness syndrome)and Danggui Yinzi in oral and external use,and to further explore whether the combination of Shehuang ointment and Danggui Yinzi has more advantages than single drug in the treatment of chronic eczema(blood deficiency and wind dryness syndrome).To provide clinical guidance for patients with eruption(blood deficiency and wind dryness syndrome)on the choice of two medicines Methods:108 cases were randomly selected and divided into three groups: treatment group,control group 1 and treatment group 2,36 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Shehuang ointment combined with Danggui Yinzi.The control group1 was treated with Danggui Yinzi only,and the control group 2 was treated with Shehuang ointment only.The patients were followed up for 3 months to observe the comprehensive curative effect,DLQI score,adverse reactions,recurrence and adverse events of the three groups before and after treatment.To analyze whether snake yellow ointment combined with Angelica Sinensis Decoction has more advantages in the treatment of chronic eczema(blood deficiency and wind dryness syndrome)than single drug treatment,all data points were obtained by SPSS22.0 analysis.Result:1.After 4 weeks of treatment,there were significant differences in the comprehensive curative effect,DLQI score between the treatment group and the control group 1,but no significant differences between the treatment group and the control group 2.2.There was no significant difference in recurrence rate,adverse reaction rate and safety among the three groups,and the recurrence rate and adverse reaction rate were low,and no adverse events occurred.Conclusion:1.Shehuang ointment has a good clinical effect in the treatment of chronic eczema(blood deficiency and wind dryness syndrome).It is not easy to recur and has less adverse reactions.It is safe and has certain clinical popularization value.2.Shehuang ointment combined with Danggui Yinzi in the treatment of chronic eczema(blood deficiency and wind dryness syndrome)is superior to Danggui Yinzi alone in the overall clinical efficacy and quality of life improvement,but the effect is similar to that of Shehuang ointment alone,so the combined use of Danggui Yinzi has no obvious benefit in improving the overall efficacy and quality of life.
