The Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Chronic Scrotum Eczema In Syndrome Of Blood-deficiency And Wind-dryness By Yang Xue Run Zao Decoction

Aim:To observe Yang Xue Run Zao Decoction in the treatment of chronic scrotum eczema with syndrome of blood-deficiency and wind-dryness,compared with Compound Glycyrrhizin Capsules, in order to understand the clinical effect and safety.Methods:We randomly divide50clinical eases who conform to the inclusion criteria of chronic scrotum eczema with syndrome of blood-deficiency and wind-dryness into treatment group and control group. The treatment group which is treated by Yang Xue Run Zao Decoction has25patients, treatment for four weeks. The control group which is treated by Compound Glycyrrhizin Capsules has25patients, treatment for four weeks. Observes two groups’skin scoring criteria、subjective symptom and the quality of life after the treatment, carries on statistics processing.Results:1. Compared prior treatment and post treatment, the treatment group have statistical significance(P<0.05) in terms of skin performance. Yang Xue Run Zao Decoction can improve skin performance significantly.The score of skin performance after treatment of tow groups have no statistical significance (P>0.05)2. Compared prior treatment and post treatment, the treatment group have statistical significance(P<0.05) in terms of self-conscious symptom. Yang Xue Run Zao Decoction can improve the extent of the itch、the frequency of itch and the duration of the itch significantly.The score of self-conscious symptom after treatment of tow groups have no statistical significance (P>0.05)3. Compared prior treatment and post treatment, the treatment group have statistical significance(P<0.05) in terms of quality of life. Yang Xue Run Zao Decoction can improve the quality of life of patients. The DLQI score after treatment of tow groups have no statistical significance (P>0.05)4. In the aspect of clinical curative effect, treatment group total effective rate was84%, better than the control group (54%). Total score after treatment compared by chi-square test, treatment and control groups have statistical significance (P<0.05). Yang Xue Run Zao Decoction is an effective drug to treat chronic scrotum eczema with syndrome of blood-deficiency and wind-dryness.5. The treatment group and control group have no obvious adverse reaction occurred during the period of treatment. Conclusion:The curative effect of Yang Xue Run Zao Decoction is better than Compound Glycyrrhizin Capsules in treating chronic scrotum eczema with syndrome ofblood-deficiency and wind-dryness. Yang Xue Run Zao Decoction can improve patients’ skin performance、 self-conscious symptom, improve the quality of life of patients, and has less adverse reaction, can be clinically popularized.
