Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Chronic Eczema (Syndrome Of Wind And Dryness Due To Blood Deficiency) With Guidi Yufu Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Guidi Yufu decoction in the treatment of chronic eczema(syndrome of wind and dryness due to blood deficiency),and to explore its mechanism of action,with a view to providing new medicine and treatment for the treatment of chronic eczema.Methods:Sixty-nine patients to be included were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 35)and control group(n = 34).The treatment group was given Gui Di Yu Fu Tang,and the control group was given loratadine tablets.Both groups were treated with Yufu ointment(hospital preparation)in our hospital as an external drug.Treatment for 4 weeks is a course of treatment.Before and after treatment,the level of itching,eczema area and severity index(EASI),syndrome of Chinese medicine(secondary syndrome),dermatology life quality index(DLQI)were evaluated.After collecting the data,the software SPSS 23 was used for statistical analysis and the clinical curative effect was determined.Finally,a case-follow-up of clinical recovery will be determined after the end of one course of treatment It's a month.Results:A total of 64 cases with final completion of clinical studies,In the treatment group,6 cases(18.75%)were cured,13 cases(40.62%)were effective,9 cases(28.13%)were effective,4 cases(12.50%)were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 87.50%.Of the 32 cases in the control group,2 cases(6.25%)were cured,5cases(15.62%)were effective,15 cases(46.88%)were effective and 10 cases(31.25%)were ineffective.The total effective rate was 68.75%.Statistical analysis showed that the total curative effect of the two groups was significantly different(P <0.05),indicating that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Both groups could improvethe level of itching,eczema area and severity index(EASI),syndrome of Chinese medicine(secondary syndrome),dermatology life quality index(DLQI),and the treatment group was better than the control group in all aspects.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There were no significant adverse reactions in both groups during the clinical study.Conclusion:The treatment of chronic eczema(syndrome of wind and dryness due to blood deficiency)by using Guidi Yufu decoction can effectively improve the skin lesions and general symptoms of the patient,and the curative effect is superior to that of the loratadine,and has no obvious adverse reaction,and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
