Objective:Through clinical practice to understand the clinical symptoms, diagnostic methods and treatment of canine acute pancreatitis.By detecting the changes of serum tumor necrosis factor-?(TNF-?)and interleukin-6(IL-6)levels to probe the prognosis of canine pancreatitis and its guiding significance for clinical treatment. Methods:The 23 cases of dogs diagnosed with pancreatitis were selected from September 2017 to March 2019 at beister animal hospital in Hunan province..The study is divided into two parts. The first part statistics and analysis on the age, sex, body type, breed, eating habits, clinical manifestations, laboratory results(blood routine, serum biochemistry and canine specific pancreatic lipase),imaging examination and treatment results of the affected dogs..The second part was based on the results of laboratory tests to determine whether there were organ dysfunction. The dogs were divided into 14 groups of mild acute pancreatitis in group A and 9 cases of severe acute pancreatitis in group B.At the time of admission and 7 days after treatment, each case was given 3 mL of venous blood, and serum was obtained after centrifugation.Serum IL-6 and TNF-? concentrations were measured by ELISA kit. Results:Part ?: Basic information statistics were collected from 23 dogs with pancreatitis collected. The results showed that in terms of age distribution, the incidence rate was less than 1 year old and 4.3%,and the 1-3 year old rate was 26.1%.The incidence rate of-6 years old was 39.1%,the incidence rate of 6-8 years old was 13.0%,and the incidence rate of dogs older than 8 years old was 17.4%.In terms of gender distribution: male dogs accounted for 47.8%,female dogs accounted for 52.2%;In terms of body size distribution: 17.4% of dogs with body weight loss,8.7% of dogs with standard body type, and 73.9% of dogs with body fat;in terms of variety distribution,Schnauzer,Teddy, and Bichon are more common; In terms of eating habits: The incidence of dogs based on human food and mixed with human food and dog food is as high as 82.6%,while the incidence of dogs with dog food is 17.4%;In terms of clinical symptoms: 91.3% of mental depression,82.6% of anorexia or appetite,78.3% of elevated body temperature,43.5% of heart rate,39.1% of drinking water,69.6% of vomiting, oliguria Accounted for 21.7%,73.9% of abdominal palpation sensitive,ie abdominal pain, diarrhea It accounted for 47.8%,blood in the stool accounted for 30.4%,less other clinical symptoms. In laboratory tests, blood routines mostly showed elevated white blood cells and neutrophils.Biochemical indicators showed that amylase increased to varying degrees, and canine-specific pancreatic lipase test showed positive. After infusion therapy, symptomatic treatment, injection of pancreatic enzymes and other treatment procedures, the diagnosis and treatment can be targeted, and the diet is low-fat and easy to digest, and the disease of the dog is relieved and the treatment effect is good.Part ?: According to the test results, the concentration of IL-6 in group A was 132±11.9 pg/mL,the concentration of TNF-? was 46.8±4.3 pg/mL,and the concentration of IL-6 in group B was 214±18.7 pg/mL,TNF-The concentration of ? was 75.6±7.2 pg/mL.It was found that the serum levels of IL-6 and TNF-? in group B were significantly higher than those in group A(P<0.05).After 1 week of treatment, the concentration of IL-6 in group A was 70.6±4.2 pg/mL,TNF-? concentration was 23.6±3.1 pg/mL,group B IL-6 concentration was 107±12.3 pg/mL,TNF-? concentration was 39.4±5.8 pg/mL,serum IL-6,The level of TNF-? was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the level of TNF-? was 203±16.6 pg/mL,and the concentration of TNF-? was 69.4±2.3 pg/mL.The concentration of IL-6 in death dogs was 235±19.7 pg/mL,and the concentration of TNF-? was 75.6±13.1 pg/mL.The levels of serum IL-6 and TNF-? in the dogs that survived were significantly lower than those in the dead dogs.(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through the analysis of 23 cases of acute pancreatitis collected in dogs, overeating or eating high-fat food for a long time, the obese dogs are prone to pancreatitis;the higher incidence is schnauzer, than Bears,Teddy;under normal circumstances, the dog will have the following symptoms, such as the dog is prone to low mood, diarrhea, vomiting, abdominal pain and dehydration;in addition, the amylase in the serum biochemical coefficient shows a certain level of increase Variety. In the treated dogs, the concentrations of IL-6 and TNF-? were positively correlated with the severity of acute pancreatitis.Early detection of the levels of IL-6 and TNF-? in serum can predict the occurrence of severe acute pancreatitis early, providing a theoretical basis for taking measures in advance to avoid organ dysfunction. When the IL-6 concentration is higher than 200 pg/mL and TNF-? is higher than 70 pg/mL,the prognosis may be prudent and there is a high risk of death.
