With the development of our society and economy,in order to ensure the national sustainable development strategy and promote industrial adjustment and upgrading,the country has higher and higher requirements on coal-fired power plants.Especially for the "old" power plant,the efficiency of energy and emission standards have the correct standar.In order to get the new requirements obey the adjustment of national policies,most coal-fired power plants have been investigated and demonstrated in many ways.In particular,the energy consumption efficiency and emission standards of "old" power plants have clear provisions.In order to meet the new requirements after the national policy adjustment,the major coal-fired power plants,after many aspects of investigation and demonstration,finally determine the feasible way is to improve the performance of the equipment to meet the national requirements on the basis of the existing technology transformation.The successful completion of HS power plant reconstruction project is of decisive significance for the future strategic transformation and development of company D.Company D uses the project management in scope and schedule to manage the project and finally realizes the production of the project.Taking HS power plant reconstruction project as an example,this paper analyzes the real situation and urgent needs of HS power plant,and emphasizes the importance and urgency of HS project.At the same time,it analyzes the problems in the process of HS project implementation in detail,and leads to the necessity of scope management and schedule management for project management by exploring the ways and methods to solve the problems.In the scope management,according to the project background,the formulation of the project scope plan,the establishment of WBS and the change management of the project scope,this paper studies and discusses the scope management of HS project.Through the analysis of the project background,the basic principles of the project scope are preliminarily determined,and then the supply scope of the project is finally determined with the power plant customers by using the technical methods such as product analysis,expert judgment and so on.Then the WBS is used to decompose the project,so that the task can be implemented to the relevant departments.Finally,the scope change of the project can be effectively controlled by standardizing the change process.In the process of schedule management,this paper studies and discusses six modules: the current situation and problems of project management schedule management of company D,the planning of project schedule,the analysis of influencing factors of project schedule limitation,the adjustment of project schedule,the control system of project schedule,and the change management of project schedule.Among them,PERT and CPM are mainly used for research,project software is used to analyze the specific situation of critical path and its remaining long cycle path in detail,and then a series of control measures and plan change management are used to ensure that the overall progress of the project meets the needs of the project.Finally,this paper summarizes a set of effective systematic management and control process by combining the scope and schedule management method of HS power plant transformation project with the actual situation and development needs of D company,and promotes it in D company,which has important guidance and reference significance for D company's future implementation of coal-fired power plant transformation project,and lays a solid foundation for D company's subsequent development.
