The outage project m anagement of the nuclear power plant is based on the goal set by the long-term planning of the nuc lear power plant outage,arranges carefully the project activities that need to be im plemented and guides the management activities of the project executors.Since the 80 s of last century,how to effectively shorten the outage period and improve the capacity factor of the unit has beco me the main direction of the research on the management of the nuclear power plant outage project.Therefore,in major outage project management,schedule m anagement is the mo st important aspect of outage project management.On the basis of fully studying the status of project schedule management,especially the domestic and foreign nuclear power plant outage research,this paper sums up the theory and methods used in the schedule management of nuclear power plant outage project,and focuses on the research of the S curve key chain schedule management method,and then the characteristics of the schedule management of the Y nuclear power plant outage project.In the line analysis,the characteristics,problems and shortcomings of the current Y nuclear power plant outage project schedule management are summarized,and on this basis,the application of S curve in the schedule management of the outage project of the Y nuclear power station is studied in detail,and the failure of the sche dule management in the schedule m anagement of the Y nuclear power plant' s outage project is solved and the failure of the schedule management is invalid.The author takes part in the schedule management of Y nuclear power plant outage project.F rom the practice of project management,combining the theory of project schedule management and the actual sc hedule management of Y nuclear power plant outage project,the author applies the S curve method to solve the problems that are not timely and not in place in the s chedule management.By combining the theory of project schedule management with the practice of the schedule management of Y nuclear power plant outage project,the practice proves that the S curv e method is used to optim ize the schedule management of the outage project of Y nuclear power station,so that the key chain work of the Y nuclear power station has been tracked in time and effectively,and some optimization methods of the schedule m anagement are ad opted,such as period compression method,negative interface method and 0.5H m inimum period control method effectively control the key chain s chedule and improve the anastom osis of the outage p lan.It is of positive significance for the key chain plan to be accurately implemented on the site and to ensure the capacity factor of the Y nuclear power station.At the same time,the S curve method and other management optimization used in the schedul e management optimization of the Y nuclear power plant outage project have a certain reference for o ther nuclear power plant outage project schedule management.
