Research On Plan Management And Control Of EPC Project For Mud-water System Reconstruction In Jianbi Power Plant

In China,the environmental engineering project management is still in its infancy,and the management system is not perfect.There are still certain difficulties and obstacles in the practical application and implementation of the mature project management system in environmental engineering projects.Especially in small and medium-sized environmental protection EPC projects.Therefore,taking the project planning and schedule management in small and medium-sized environmental protection EPC project as the main object of discussion,starting from the perspective of project planning and schedule management and cost control,in-depth discussion of the practical bottleneck and feasible solutions of project management.It also has important practical significance for future environmental engineering project management research.This paper takes the EPC project of the whole plant muddy water transformation of Jianbi Power Plant of National Energy Group as the object of field observation,starts from the problems in the implementation of project planning and schedule management,and analyzes the management and control of project cost and schedule.Firstly,introduces the background,purpose and significance of the project,research status and research methods at home and abroad;secondly,it analyzes and compares the data of the implementation process of the chemical pretreatment sludge water collection and reuse reconstruction project of Jianbi Power Plant of national energy group by using network diagram analysis,factor analysis and earned value analysis,and evaluates the effectiveness and feasibility of the project plan management and control Research on the measures for the implementation of the project.Finally,aiming at the improvement countermeasures of plan management and control of small and medium-sized EPC environmental protection projects,the paper also puts forward the compilation ideas of standardized documents of small and medium-sized EPC projects,including organizational culture,personnel allocation,division of authority,process arrangement,project management and control,coordination,conflict resolution and risk control,hoping to make up for the previous literature on small and medium-sized EPC environmental protection projects The lack of standardization documents of environmental protection projects can provide important reference for the implementation and research of small and medium-sized EPC environmental protection projects in the future.
