| With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up,China’s modernization construction has made remarkable achievements,especially the development of China’s high-speed railway,the rapid development of high-speed railway network,walking in the forefront of the world.However,it is worth noting that although the scale of China’s high-speed rail network is huge,its management level is relatively low in the construction process,and the degree of information application in engineering construction is not high.Project management mainly depends on the subjective experience of managers,and there are great uncertainties in all aspects of project management,which also brings great difficulties to project management hard.Therefore,we must change the previous management mode and use more refined and intelligent management methods.At present,many projects in railway system still use traditional software,such as P6,project,etc.to make relevant schedule,and control relevant schedule through them.Most of these softwares describe the plan in the form of words and charts.The schedule made by these softwares can not well show the dynamic changes of the project,and can not scientifically solve the visualization problems in the construction process of the project[4].At present,BIM has been widely used in the process of project construction,almost every link has realized visualization,including schedule management[5].According to the relevant literature research,among the 10 statistical projects using Bim in some developed countries,6 projects use Bim in the process of schedule management,and the return on investment is between 640%-32900%[33].Therefore,it is very important to strengthen the research of BIM visual schedule management for the success of project construction.In this paper,based on the construction of Taiyuan South Railway Station caused by the introduction of new passenger line Taijiao high-speed railway into Taiyuan South Railway Station,the BIM is applied Technology is introduced to systematically supplement the existing schedule management theory,provide technical support for high-speed railway construction operation simulation,project collision inspection,schedule parameter information management,etc.,analyze and study the problems existing in the schedule management of the station reconstruction construction project[26],and greatly optimize the schedule management efficiency.It aims to explore a more scientific and convenient schedule management method,improve the scientificity,visibility and maneuverability of schedule management,and provide reference technology and experience for similar station reconstruction construction in the later stage[31]. |
