Progress management is one of the important objectives of highway engineering management.Under the premise of ensuring quality,the construction progress can be completed efficiently and on time,which not only reduces the probability of various risks,but also can realize the improvement of economic benefits to a large extent.As is known to all,highway engineering projects involve many factors in the construction process,with the characteristics of long investment cycle,high technical requirements,huge investment amount and multi-party participation.These factors make the expressway project always accompanied with great risks in the process of development,and the consequences caused by various risk factors will ultimately be reflected in the project schedule.Therefore,the study on the schedule management of highway projects,focusing on the analysis of various schedule risk factors,is of great significance for improving the highway management level,optimizing the management framework and ensuring the timely delivery of the project.Based on the analysis of the existing theories and methods of expressway project risk management,this paper systematically discusses the definition and related concepts of expressway project risk management,and classifies them.According to the engineering characteristics of expressway,this paper summarizes the characteristics of risk management of expressway project in China,and studies the effect of project schedule risk management on expressway construction in China.Taking the theory and application of expressway schedule risk management as the research object,the influencing factors of expressway schedule risk are analyzed in detail.Through the identification of project schedule risk factors,the influence of uncertain risk factors on project duration is determined.Through comparison,the risk evaluation model of project schedule based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is established.Finally apply established schedule risk management theory,the huai qian highway reconstruction project schedule risk factors for identification and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the project schedule risk factors for the occurrence of possible importance sorting,analysis,and calculated the whole progress of the project risk level,and proposed the corresponding risk prevention and improvement measures,effectively reduce the construction risk,effectively guarantee the smooth implementation of highway rebuilding engineering in guizhou.
