Combined with the current energy industrial structure and environmental pollution inChina,vigorously developing nuclear power is the only way to optimize the energy industrial structure and develop clean energy.Under the important premise of ensuring the construction safety,how to do a good job in progress control and ensure the completion of the construction objectives on schedule is of great significance for the sustainable development of nuclear power construction industry.The nuclear power commissioning work of project H involves a wide range of equipment and systems,a compact and rigid construction period,a fast pace of work,and a large number of upstream and downstream interfaces,resulting in complex factors affecting the commissioning progress control and difficult coordination and management,.To control the commissioning progress of H project well,the whole process control must be realized,all links affecting the commissioning progress must be locked tightly,risk items shall be identified and predicted in advance,countermeasures shall be formulated in time,and inspection and experience feedback shall be conducted after good deeds are done.Based on the experience of H Project nuclear power unit construction of G company,this paper analyzes and evaluates various risk factors that affect the commissioning schedule control after the nuclear power construction enters the commissioning stage from the perspective of risk management,discusses feasible and effective risk response measures,to ensure that the commissioning objectives are achieved on schedule.The first chapter mainly describes the background and significance of the research,research content and research methods;the second chapter introduces the risk management theory,progress control related theory and their relationship,the research status of risk management and progress control at home and abroad,as well as the progress control and risk management in the field of nuclear power construction;the third chapter introduces the characteristics of nuclear power commissioning,H nuclear power project characteristics,commissioning overview The fourth chapter combines the experience judgment method and flow chart method to identify the risk factors that affect the commissioning progress control,carries out the risk assessment through the risk matrix method and puts forward the countermeasures;the fifth chapter builds the risk management and control system.Based on the research of H project,this paper identifies ten risk items that affect the control of commissioning progress from the perspective of risk management,in which the high risk items include commissioning human factor risk and commissioning management system risk,the medium risk items include equipment and construction related risk,and the low risk items include technical risk and external supervision risk.According to the risk factors,the paper puts forward countermeasures and discusses the risk monitoring methods.,which has certain reference significance for the commissioning department to improve the progress control level,and also creates conditions for G company to improve the competitiveness of the commissioning department in the subsequent international nuclear power construction projects.
