Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Construction Management Of Key Projects In Duolun County

The management of quality,schedule process and cost in engineering project was studied and discussed as new developed field of management subject in engineering area recently.The three factors always penetrate in comprehensive management of engineering project.In this study,the project of XX billion tons aromatic production from coal-based alkene in Duo Lun,Inner Mongolia as study object.There are many problems such as the imcompleted supervise system,unreasonable process of construction,inconsistent progress with plan and uncontrolled cost during the duration of the project.The engineering quality,schedule and cost angle combined with the practical problems in this project was analysised deeply and the relevant measures towards the problem was proposed in order to ensure the successful accomplishment of this project with the scientific,canonical,consolidated methods.In the mainwhile,the authors hope that the discussion in this study can bring the reference meaning to engineering project management in our country by forming a meaningful integrated management systemin the field of engineering project management.
