Nuclear power plant overhaul refers to the centralized maintenance activities scheduled to be shut down,with the characteristics of heavy tasks,technical difficulties and long duration.On the basis of strictly complying with the requirements of nuclear safety regulations,ensuring the quality of overhaul control and continuously optimizing the overhaul schedule management has become an important measure for nuclear power enterprises to continuously improve and enhance their core competitiveness.Therefore,how to advanced the theory and nuclear power of project management It is of great significance to combine the actual repair of the factory and optimize the management of overhaul progress.Through the use of key chain technology,this paper makes reasonable control over the milestones of overhaul projects,reduces the plan deviation rate,improves the accuracy of the plan,mines project safety time from historical data and sets buffers,reduces overhaul costs,and optimizes when considering resource constraints.Project arrangement to achieve the goal of optimizing overhaul progress management.Based on the theoretical analysis and the actual experience of overhauling Qinshan Nuclear Power Base,this paper introduces the key chain technology into the schedule management of Qinshan Nuclear Power Base overhaul project.According to the core steps of the critical chain,combined with the deterministic and uncertain methods,the key to nuclear power overhaul is established.Path frame diagram,.Reasonable control over the milestones of overhaul projects,reduce the planneddeviation rate,improve the accuracy of the plan;mine project safety time from historical data and set buffers,reduce overhaul costs;optimize project arrangements in consideration of resource constraints,thereby achieving optimization overhaul The purpose of schedule management.After applying the key chain technology,the 7 major overhauls of Qinshan Nuclear Power Base in 2015 were completed ahead of schedule.The planned advance rate reached 100%.In 2016,8 major overhauls,7major overhauls were completed ahead of schedule,and the planned advance rate reached 87.5%.This indicates that the introduction of critical chain technology in the progress management of nuclear power plant overhaul projects has practical significance and can be expected to provide reference for other nuclear power plant overhauls.
