Application And Evaluation Of Bim In Construction Quality

In recent years,with the economic development entering the "new normal" period,the growth of domestic construction industry has gradually slowed down,opening the stock competition era.In order to stand out in the competition,construction enterprises pay more and more attention to the quality of engineering construction,in order to establish their own brand image.BIM Technology,as a new technology to assist project management,is helping enterprises to abandon the previous extensive management mode and move towards the direction of refinement,coordination and informatization.However,in the practice of specific engineering projects,due to the lack of relevant application experience,BIM Technology is often formalized,which is difficult to play a real guiding role in the actual construction quality management.First of all,this paper analyzes the research and application status of BIM at home and abroad through literature research,combined with the BIM pilot project of the construction enterprise in which the author works,and summarizes the influencing factors that restrict the application of BIM in the construction quality management;aiming at the problems existing in the application of BIM Technology in the construction quality management,based on the idea of total quality management,this paper analyzes the construction preparation stage and implementation of BIM Technology The application of BIM Technology in construction stage and acceptance stage is designed,and the combination of BIM Technology Application and PDCA cycle provides a reference for construction enterprises to deepen the application of BIM Technology in construction quality management;On this basis,the application evaluation model of BIM Technology in construction quality management is constructed by using analytic hierarchy process to help construction enterprises carry out BIM application evaluation structure in combination with the actual situation of enterprises.Finally,taking the application of BIM in Yuexi e-commerce Industrial Park project as an example,the application of BIM in the whole process of construction quality management is introduced in detail,and BIM in construction quality management is based on the evaluation model The paper evaluates the application of BIM in the project,and gives suggestions for the shortcomings of BIM application evaluation of the project,which provides a reference for construction enterprises to analyze the shortcomings of their own BIM application.
