Research On Engineering Project Quality Management System Based On PDCA

The construction quality assurance of the construction project and the promotion ofthe overall project are closely related to the quality of the project.The quality control of construction management of construction projects is the key to layout construction projects and promote the implementation of construction projects.Whether the project quality meets the standard and can be accepted smoothly after forming is directly related to the quality control in the process of project implementation.With the prosperity and development of domestic market economy,the construction industry has been promoted in an all-round way.The corresponding total quality management theory has played an important role in promoting the development of China’s construction industry.Based on the above,this paper makes an in-depth study on the construction quality management in combination with the research theories at home and abroad,takes project a as the research object of this paper,analyzes the construction status of the project in different stages,comprehensively analyzes the current situation of quality management in the construction process of project a,analyzes its shortcomings,and delves into the reasons behind it,Combined with the whole quality management processes such as pre control,in-process intervention and post feedback,this paper puts forward targeted optimization strategies,including but not limited to materials,machinery and environment,in order to help project a achieve the improvement of quality management level in an all-round way through systematic theoretical exploration.Overall,the systematic application of PDCA cycle theory in the research can more intuitively and comprehensively analyze the project quality management problems,and put forward targeted improvement strategies based on the weak items corresponding to different links,so as to finally realize the steady improvement of the project quality management level.
