Studies On The Application Of PDCA Cycle Method In Continuous Quality Improvement Of Fastener Manufacturing P Enterprise

The pursuit of excellent product is the goal that companies have been trying to achieve.However,the products from design to mass production are not going to be the best one at a time.Therefore,continuous improvement is an essential way for enterprises and an important measure for enterprises to maintain product competitiveness.The article analyzes and researches domestic an d foreign literature and finds that PDCA has achieved good results in different fields of various industries.In the industrial field,the application of PDCA can improve product yield,increase production efficiency,and improve process;In the field of education,the application of PDCA can improve the quality of teaching and improve teaching management;In the medical field,the application of PDCA can strengthen the management of patients and drugs,improve medical effects,and reduce the cost of drugs.Through various analysis combined with the current conditions of the current fastener manufacturing enterprise,clarified the use of PDCA for the continuous improvement of the quality of fastener manufacturing enterprisesThis paper introduces the quality management status of P enterprise and obtains the current problems of P enterprise through its product quality statistics combined with the site inspection status.For example,the enterprise’s management does not pay enough attention to product quality m anagement,the education and training to the staff are not enough,the enterprise’s technical capabilities are insufficient,product supplies are focused on quantity instead of quality,the companies are not familiar with product standards,and management methods are backward,etc.Based on the concept of continuous improvement,this paper formulates a 9D improvement report model on the basis of PDCA,and imports PDCA improvement ideas and concepts into P enterprise to make continuous guarantee measures,continuously improving from the aspects of personnel quality improvement,product design,manufacturing and after-sales.Finally,this paper points out the effect of continuous improvement of the quality of PDCA through the comparison of the situation before and after the implementation of the program.The application of the research results in this paper has achieved good results in the continuous improvement of the quality of P Enterprise,and it has a certain reference role for other fastener manufacturing enterprises.
