China’s urban landscaping has achieved a leap from the greening stage to the beautifying ecological stage.The level of urban landscaping and management has become an important indicator of the development level of urban ecological civilization.The landscape engineering project involves a wide range,strong comprehensiveness,small scale,and short construction period.So how to use the scientific theories and techniques in project management to control the quality of the project during the construction phase to achieve the goal of project implementation?It is worth thinking about.This article mainly focuses on the construction quality management and control of Q Park garden engineering.First,by consulting a large number of documents,it introduces domestic and foreign engineering project quality management related research,and summarizes related concepts and theories.Then combined with the engineering characteristics of the case project,designed a questionnaire and adopted a questionnaire survey method to summarize the common problems in the construction quality management in the case,and then sort the existing problems.Secondly,combined with the method of total quality management,analyze and study the influencing factors of the quality control of landscaping projects,and control the whole process of the construction stage based on the quality influencing factors,and master the key points of quality control of landscaping projects.Then the PDCA cycle was introduced into the quality control of the project,and a garden engineering construction quality control system based on the PDCA cycle was constructed.Finally,the analytic hierarchy process is used to establish a quality evaluation system with quality influencing factors as indicators.Through expert score comparison,a layer-by-layer judgment matrix is formed.Through calculation and analysis,the weight of the impact of each influencing factor on the construction quality management of the Q Park garden project is obtained..Then use the fuzzy comprehensive method to judge the evaluation grade of each factor,and get the quality management grade of the project.It is hoped that this research has certain theoretical and practical significance for quality control of similar projects. |
