The quality of construction projects and building construction units honor and status and economic benefits, at the same time also with the masses of the people’s life and property safety and life are closely related. Construction industry in China in recent 10 years is especially rapid development, the large number of construction projects, construction speed, broad involved personnel, attention, are far beyond the past. On construction engineering quality management in our country has also been gradually establish and improve the regulations and requirements, and is increasingly perfect, the quality of the project management mode also gradually with international practice, introduce and set up a quality management system, the enterprise also began to exercise self supervision and social supervision, a combination of strengthening engineering quality control, quality management effect and pattern of the construction industry has increased substantially.In this paper, first of all, quality management, introduces the concept of construction engineering quality management theory, the construction project construction quality control principles and methods in detail, this paper analyzes the factors influencing project quality control. Focus on seven tools of PDCA circulation method and quality control are introduced, and introduced the quality management method to improve the quality of engineering, PDCA circulation method and theoretical basis to carry out research in this case the quality management.
