Application Of PDCA Cycle Management In Quality Management Of Roof Garden Construction

With the acceleration of urbanization in China,the green space resources can be said as "extremely precious",and the existing landscaping cannot meet the needs of the society.With the development of China's market economy and the improvement of people's living standard,the ecological environment protection and urban green space construction have been closely watched.Nowadays,in the modern national advocacy of ecological civilization city,under the trend of urban landscaping demand is higher and higher,and can be used as green land in city residential area,the ground of the leisure space is increasingly becoming smaller and smaller.Roof garden development is to solve these problems,in the form of a special can save land area into people's horizons,beautify the landscape at the same time also can make full use of the stereo space,can make people in a more comfortable environment for work and life,learning,and roof garden construction quality management work become a top priority,is the modern people's concern.Through literature review,case analysis and comprehensive summary,this paper studies the application of PDCA cycle management in the construction quality management of roof garden.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Summarizing the development of the roof garden background,research purpose and significance of this topic,the research method and research route,through literature analysis,field research method,the comprehensive analysis method and instance argument on this topic for research.(2)Analyze the definition of roof garden and quality management,expound the four forms of the existence of roof garden,the concept of PDCA cycle management and fourstages.(3)The system research of roof garden construction quality management principle,basis and analysis of the five factors,human factors,material factors,mechanical equipment,construction method of the factor and environmental factor)of construction quality management,the impact of construction quality management,the research on PDCA circular management mode is concretized,,summarizes the PDCA cycle management mode in the roof garden construction quality management application,the feasibility of establishing PDCA cycle management mode in the roof garden construction quality management in the management system.(4)We study the case of jiang`an town hotel roof garden construction quality management,embody five factors on the construction quality of the roof garden,according to this article's research,quality management system requirements for each split PDCA cycle management detailed analysis of each working procedure,ensure the quality of the construction of roof garden.(5)Summary of the problems exists in the construction quality management of roof gardens,elaborates from the three aspects of problem,to find a solution,the application of PDCA cycle management methods continue.This paper studies the application of PDCA cycle management in the construction quality management of roof garden,which can play a reference role and guide in the future construction quality management of roof garden.At the same time,I hope can during the construction of roof garden,the master more roof garden construction quality management theory knowledge,strengthen the application of PDCA cycle management mode in the practical work,promote the standardization of the construction of roof garden,fully understand the PDCA cycle management mode in the roof garden construction,the importance of the quality management to lay a solid foundation for future work and study.
