Electromechanical installation engineering is an important part of construction engineering and the heart of the whole construction engineering.With the rapid development of the construction industry,the construction content of mechanical and electrical installation engineering is also increasing,and the requirements for the construction quality of mechanical and electrical installation engineering are also higher and higher.At the same time,the construction quality management method is also improving,the layout is reasonable,the function is perfect,the practice is standard,the construction is fine,the project quality bright spot is numerous.But in the current construction status quo,the development level of engineering quality is still not balanced,in different areas,different areas of the project there are varying degrees of some construction is not fine,visual quality is not high quality common fault of the problem,will comprehensively enhance the level of engineering quality and construction of fine works,must be giving quality problem to solve.PDCA cycle theory is a scientific theory for continuous improvement and improvement of quality management.Through PDCA cycle theory,construction quality is controlled,which fully reflects the advanced and scientific quality management in the field of modern engineering.This paper firstly made a system of the basic concept of mechanical and electrical installation engineering quality management and PDCA cycle theory,the second in Beijing millet project anticorrosion construction quality issue of electromechanical engineering als beispiel with the steam-water quality management tools such as cause and effect diagram to metal anticorrosion construction quality problems on detailed analysis,find out the key factors influencing the anticorrosion construction quality,under the guidance of PDCA cycle theory,in view of the key factors to formulate the corresponding countermeasures,promote the PDCA cycle and the results of the inspection,then with the expected targets set by the deviation analysis summarized,combining with the actual situation to formulate solutions,againGradually improve the circulation,finally improve the quality of anti-corrosion construction,to meet the needs of the project.Finally,this paper summarizes the research results and prospects for the future,and provides theoretical support and practical demonstration for the quality management of other electromechanical installation projects.
