Research On Micro-reform Strategy Of Public Space In Old Community Of Guangzhou Based On Quality Improvement

In the new period,the urbanization process of our country is gradually moving from the extensive expansion stage of incremental development to the quality improvement stage of stock optimization,the eyes of urban builders are gradually changing from the new city to the old city,and the gradual people-oriented urban renewal model is gradually becoming the new focus of urban planning and construction.In many aspects,the old urban community are difficult to meet the increasing material and spiritual needs of residents,which limits the improvement of residents' quality of life and affects the image and characteristics of the city.One of the most important elements is public space.However,the old community public space renewal and transformation no longer have the conditions of the past large demolition and construction,how to toss and move in the old community limited space,improve its quantity and quality,become one of the old community microreform difficult problem.This paper takes the public space with typical representative as the research object and aims at improving the quality of public space in the old urban area,and makes full use of literature research,case study and empirical research methods to sort out and investigate the relevant theory of public space quality in the old community,and analyzes and evaluates the practical,visual and cultural elements of the public space in the old community,Combined with the cases of micro transformation of public space in old community at home and abroad,this paper analyzes and evaluates the quality elements of public space in old community,such as practicability,image and culture,and summarizes the problems existing in the three levels of public space in the old community.Combined with the needs of residents in community,this paper puts forward three levels of quality,namely,repair and optimization,incremental potential tapping,function combination,multi-dimensional greening space three-dimensional and human theme shaping,theme activity planning,space vitality upgrading,etc.In order to improve the quality of the public space in the old community,we can improve the material environment,space image and human characteristics,enhance the living environment and quality connotation of the old community,meet the needs of the residents to improve the high quality of life,enhance the sense of belonging,identity and acquisition,and provide reference for the improvement of the quality of the public space.The innovation of this paper lies in:Based on the factors closely related to the improvement of residents' daily life quality —— the public space of the old community is the object of study,and the practical quality elements and evaluation criteria of the research objects are defined.On this basis,this paper evaluates and summarizes the three levels of quality status of public space in old community,combines the assessment of residents' needs for micro-reform,takes the cultural elements as the leader,organically coordinates the practical and visual elements to renew and transform together.In order to systematically solve the old community public space quality problems,put forward repair optimization,incremental tapping potential,function compound,multi-dimensional greening,space threedimensional and human theme shaping,theme activity planning,space vitality promotion and other eight complementary multi-dimensional,comprehensive renovation strategy,So that the urban space and social relations have been woven and improved to promote the revival of old residential areas to achieve sustainable urban development.The main shortcomings of the paper are: focus on the public space quality improvement micro-reform strategy,not related to the public space renovation cost management control,implementation level,later operation and maintenance mechanism research,lack of quality improvement strategy implementation effectiveness test,in the future research needs to integrate transformation,management,maintenance and other mechanisms and policies and implementation evaluation to enhance the sustainability of public space transformation.
