Research On The Design Of Micro-Renovation And Reconstruction Of Binshui Xili Community In Tianjin

Community micro renewal is a research hotspot in the entire urban renewal,aiming to improve the quality of urban communities and the living experience of residents.With the acceleration of urbanization and the continuous growth of urban population,community renewal has become an important issue in urban planning and management.Community micro renewal,as a unique method,can better meet the needs of urban community renewal.Scholars have conducted research from both macro and micro perspectives,and governments and community organizations have actively promoted the development of community micro renewal,with many successful cases emerging.With the development of technology,artificial intelligence,the Internet,and big data technologies have also begun to be widely applied in community micro update projects to improve efficiency and accuracy,and have also received attention and research from scholars.There is a significant lag in the public space of Binshui Xili community.The public activity space within the community is not compatible with the current needs of community living activities,resulting in prominent parking issues for motor and non motor vehicles,leading to narrowing of community roads.In addition,the community boundary walls are aging,with a single function,and the existing space has not been effectively utilized.This article will use survey questionnaires and actual interviews to understand the needs and opinions of community residents towards community public spaces,and integrate micro update theory into the entire design to achieve functional integration and vitality sharing of the community.And a series of solutions have been proposed to address the issue of community public space,including functional replacement and quality improvement classification of the community’s public space,optimization of parking management to alleviate parking problems within the community,demolition and renovation of the high and thick parts of the boundary wall,greening and beautification,and enhancing the appearance of the community.In addition,innovative utilization of existing space has transformed lagging space into shared areas,improving the efficiency of community public space utilization.Better improve the functional layout of community public space,and create a more approachable and residents’ sense of belonging community public space atmosphere.Provide new ideas for the renewal and transformation of more existing community spaces,and provide new methods for improving the quality of community public spaces.
