Study On Evaluation And Optimization Of Recreation Quality Of Public Space In Hualin Community Of Chengdu City

As an important form of community space,the basic value of community public space is to serve the community and meet the basic living needs of residents.With urban construction and the renewal of community public spaces,excessive pursuit of economic benefits has led to the commercialization of community public spaces,neglecting the daily needs of residents,and resulting in the loss of their intrinsic value source.At the same time,the spiritual and cultural needs of residents are constantly changing,and the current spatial situation is no longer able to meet the needs of residents.Based on the above background,conducting research on the evaluation of the quality of community public space recreation is of great significance for improving the quality of community public space recreation,optimizing the construction of community public space,promoting community governance,and realizing people’s growing desire for a better life.This article first conducts on-site research on the health needs of residents and the Hualin community as the source of evaluation indicators.Secondly,a community public space recreation quality evaluation system is established,and the Analytic Hierarchy Process is adopted for evaluation.By analyzing the comprehensive weight of quantitative analysis indicators through hierarchical analysis,the quality of public space recreation in Hualin Community in Chengdu is rated and analyzed,and the advantages and problems of public space recreation quality in Hualin Community in Chengdu are summarized.The main research findings are as follows:(1)The evaluation of the recreational quality of community public spaces can reflect whether the current community space meets the health needs of residents and demonstrate the current level of recreational quality.The ranking of the recreational quality evaluation results for the four spatial types in the public space of Hualin Community is: Shengdeng Park(4.324)>Street Space(3.148)>Tiejian Square(3.104)>Riverside Green Space(2.335).The results indicate that the recreational quality level of Shengdeng Park in the public space of Hualin Community is good,which is in line with the health needs of residents.The recreational quality of the other three sample spaces needs to be optimized and improved,especially the riverside green space.(2)The evaluation results of the criterion level(recreational environment,recreational space,recreational facilities,recreational routes,and recreational aesthetics)of the Holy Lantern Park are all the highest,because the overall layout and planning of the Hualin Community Holy Lantern Park are reasonable.The current situation of various indicator factors in the recreational environment of the criterion layer is good,and the safety,aesthetics of pavement,and transportation convenience of the recreational space are relatively good.The criterion layer scores of the three riverside green spaces in the research site are all the lowest.According to the scoring results,it can be seen that the environmental cleanliness of the riverside green spaces is poor,the cultural atmosphere is lacking,there are few types of recreational spaces and activities,and there is a lack of infrastructure and landscape aesthetics.(3)According to the analysis of the quality evaluation results,it is concluded that the recreational environment and space quality of the public space in Hualin Community in Chengdu are good,with high environmental cleanliness,and the environmental hygiene status belongs to the good category in the evaluation level standards.The main problem is the issue of recreational routes and landscape aesthetics,followed by the issue of recreational facilities.For the four sample plots,what urgently needs improvement is the recreational quality of the three green spaces in the sample plots,followed by the recreational quality of the Railway Construction Square.(4)In response to the current situation of public spaces in Hualin Community,combined with the research on public spaces in Hualin Community in this article,optimization suggestions are proposed for Hualin Community from the following aspects:(1)scientifically improving the level of recreational quality based on the health needs of residents;(2)Prioritize and prioritize optimization in an orderly manner based on the evaluation results.(3)prioritize protection and use ecological methods to optimize and maintain the original ecosystem.
