| With the gradual slowdown of China’s auto sales growth,auto parts manufacturing enterprises facing fierce competition are gradually using customized equipment for manufacturing to gain competitive advantages in products and markets.The success of enterprise customized equipment supplier management depends largely on supplier evaluation and selection.Supplier evaluation and selection is an important step in enterprise customized supplier management,so that enterprises can implement management countermeasures to improve supply chain efficiency effectively enhances the company’s core competitiveness.This article takes the auto parts manufacturing company KL as the research object,using literature research,theoretical analysis,on-site discussion,questionnaire survey and other methods to analyze the current status of KL company’s customized equipment supplier management,and diagnoses the existence of customized equipment supplier evaluation and selection process.Supplier screening time is too long,multiple quotations,difficult evaluation,weak evaluation selection and other issues;based on the process and evaluation system,the fishbone diagram is used to analyze the above management failure reasons for the long cycle and process method of customized equipment supplier evaluation process Repetition and repetition,unreasonable selection of evaluation indicators,and insufficient targeting of the evaluation system;use of process reengineering ideas to improve the evaluation process through the ECRS optimization method(Eliminate,Combine,Rearrange,and Simplify,referred to as ECRS).The Delphi method expert questionnaire optimizes the evaluation index of customized equipment suppliers,uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the evaluation index weight of customized equipment suppliers,and uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate customized equipment suppliers;then formulate corresponding optimization plans and guarantees in accordance with the actual situation of the enterprise;Finally,the research summary and outlook.This article through the study of KL company’s customized equipment supplier management,helps to improve the current problems in the company’s customized equipment supplier management process,is conducive to enhancing the company’s core competitiveness,and provides a reference model for the subsequent management of customized equipment supplier management,it has a certain inspiration and reference function for the management level of customized equipment supplier of KL company and similar manufacturing enterprises. |
