| Good supply chain management is the foundation for the rapid and stable development of enterprises.In the upstream of the supply chain,Suppliers fundamentally affect the product quality and economic benefits of downstream enterprises.Supplier evaluation and selection play an extremely important role in improving the overall efficiency of the supply chain and realizing the coordinated development of the supply chain.With the rapid development of market economy,the number of suppliers is increasing day by day,and many uncertain factors make it more difficult to select suppliers.Therefore,enterprises must pay enough attention to supplier evaluation and selection.In order to improve the supplier evaluation and selection of enterprises and help enterprises to better manage their suppliers,this paper constructs a supplier evaluation and selection model based on the actual investigation and interview of Ruimei Company,combined with relevant theories and literature research.First of all,the existing supplier evaluation and selection work of Ruimei Company was investigated and researched,to found out the problems existing in the evaluation index system and evaluation method,and put forward the solutions.Combining with relevant theories and research results at home and abroad,a set of supplier evaluation index system with 7 first-level indicators and 23 secondlevel indicators covering three aspects of economic benefits,environmental benefits and corporate social responsibility is constructed by the professional staff’s questionnaire survey;Then the weight of the index is determined by the rough DEMATEL method;At the last,FVIKOR method is carried out on the suppliers,and the best supplier is selected according to the final score.Finally,through empirical analysis of the selection work of the company’s large component suppliers,the scientificity and effectiveness of the established supplier evaluation index system and evaluation selection method are verified.The research results show that the supplier evaluation index system incorporating environmental factors and social responsibility factors can help Ruimei to conduct a more comprehensive and effective inspection of suppliers.At same time,the evaluation and selection method consisting of the rough DEMATEL method and FVIKOR method can also accurately select the best suppliers.Both of them can help compony to reduce procurement costs,improve product quality,and take into account environmental and social benefits while improving corporate economic benefits,helping company to better fulfill environmental protection obligations and social responsibilities.Through the more complete supplier evaluation and selection model,enterprises can further deepen cooperation and communication with suppliers,and better coordinate the partnership between upstream enterprises in the supply chain.In addition,supplier management should be dynamically adjusted in response to changes in the environment.In the process of selecting suppliers,enterprises should fully consider environmental development and corporate social responsibility while pursuing profit maximization. |
