With the rapid development of global economic integration,cooperation and communication in the enterprises are increasing,and the internal and external environment of automobile production enterprises are constantly changing.In order to achieve maximum benefit,more and more automobile production enterprises have gradually found that the limited resources must be put into the business with important competitiveness.The new allocation of global resources was used by enterprises has become an important way to reduce costs and enhance core competitiveness.Under the background of both opportunities and challenges,the profit growth point of automobile enterprises seeking which lies in choosing reasonable suppliers.Nowadays,the competition among the automobile industries is not only limited in enterprises,but also in supply chains.Under the environment of the continuous development of procurement to globalization,the ability to choose the right suppliers has greatly affected the competitiveness of the enterprise,because the past high quality but low price strategy has been difficult to meet the needs of the modern market environment and industry competition.It is very important to establish a increasingly complete and rigorous supplier evaluation and selection system,which is a problem that many automobile enterprises need to face and solveWith the rapid development of purchasing in the world,the problems and shortcomings of enterprise management system and supplier evaluation and selection system have gradually appeared.In this paper,by consulting the literature of supplier evaluation and selection of automobile manufacturing enterprises,taking the global procurement project of company V as the research background,under the guidance of the theory of supplier management,this paper analyzes the problems highlighted in the procurement process of company V,and establishes a new evaluation process and evaluation index system based on the development status of company V,to solve the problems existing in supplier evaluation and selection of company VIn the first two parts of this paper,the introduction,domestic and foreign supplier research status,as well as some related concepts and theoretical basic knowledge are mainly introduced.In the following chapters,firstly,the current status of company V supplier evaluation and selection is analyzed,then the problems existing in the supplier evaluation and selection of company V are found out,and the reasons of the problems are analyzed.By studying the contents of the existing literature,and combining the actual situation of company V,the supplier evaluation and selection process is optimized,and a new evaluation index system is set up.It is applied to the purchasing practice of company V to provide support for the company to enhance its operational performance and competitiveness.This paper adopts the method of combining theoretical research with case analysis,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,and puts forward the new supplier evaluation process and supplier evaluation index system of company V,which is of great significance to guide the enterprise to formulate the supplier management strategy. |
