Research On Equipment Supplier Selection And Evaluation Of SG Group’s Distributed Energy Generation Project

In the development of transformation and upgrading,SG Group has changed from a single-equipment manufacturing company to a company that provides customers with a complete set of solutions.In recen t years,energy has been an area of great concern to countries all over the world.The SG Group seizes the opportunity of the development of the times and develops related projects in the field of distributed energy around its core products.Because the projects in the field of distributed energy are all large-scale projects,and include multiple aspects,the material system required for the project is very large,and the procurement problem is particularly prominent.This article takes the SG Group as the research object,and comprehensively applies the theory of supply chain management,cluster analysis,and intuitionistic fuzzy sets to study the equipment supplier selection of its distributed energy generation projects.First,the related research of distributed energy,the classification of materials,the research of supplier selection,and the method of supplier selection with fuzzy interval intuition are reviewed.Secondly,it introduces the general situation of SG Group and the status and problems of equipment supplier selection for distributed energy generation projects.Then,the distributed energy generation project equipment is classified,and the leveraged equipment is selected.Then,based on the characteristics of leveraged equipment suppliers,develop their supplier selection index system.Finally,the two-stage method combining IVIF-AHP and IVIF-ARAS was used to calculate the weight of the indicator system,and the ranking value of the leveraged equipmeot supplier of the SG Groups distributed energy power generation project was selected.The equipment supplier selection index and method proposed in this paper are verified.The supplier selection method and evaluation index system presented in this paper provide reference for SG group’s distributed energy project supplier selection,and it is expected that the research conclusion can help to improve the scientific and rational supplier selection and improve the performance of enterprise distributed energy project.At the same time,the selection index of leveraged equipment suppliers for distributed energy generation projects proposed in this paper provides a reference for the selection of leveraged equipment suppliers for large-scale engineering projects.
