In recent years,the research on supply chain management has been the hot topics in the study of theory and application,the supplier as input port of enterprise manufacturing resources and the source of the whole supply chain,has an important role in the whole supply chain system.With the quickening pace of material supply system reform,the traditional management mode cannot meet the demand of enterprise supply,especially for custom product purchases,the supply and demand both sides establishing the strategic partnership is increasingly urgent in the idea of mutual trust,mutual benefit and win-win concept.Through the literature review and the introduction of relevant theories about strategic suppliers in the supply chain environment,this paper emphasizes the importance of establishing strategic cooperative partnership between enterprises and suppliers.ZHUZHOU CRRC TIMES EQUIPMENT TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD as the research object,through the analysis of characteristics and influence of strategic supplier relationship customized strategic supplier selection factors,analysis of the problems with the status of supplier management TIMES EQUIPMENT TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD and existence,build more suitable index system of strategic supplier selection of TIMES EQUIPMENT TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD.,using a questionnaire to select the customized TIMES EQUIPMENT TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD strategic supplier selection index system through 23 supplier performance evaluation criteria are based on the research results of reference GW.Dickson;To determine the weight of each criterion for the indicators;at the same time distinguish between quantitative and qualitative indicators,qualitative indicators using AHP method for simulation and quantification;TIMES EQUIPMENT TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD establish selected supplier strategic supplier selection system in the final.Finally,through the method in TIMES EQUIPMENT TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD test system product line equipment and equipment category material strategy supplier selection case,verify rationality and practicality of the method.
